Over priced for a simple clog. Plumber didn't even turn the water on or check the drain before giving a quote of over $600. I went to lowes and got a $20 snake, unclogged it myself. Saved $600 bucks, but wasted 15 minutes listening to this guy brag about his camera. 03/23/17 |

Its terrible when a company has to rip people off. I understand this is a job but to charge someone $500+ for a $20 job is crazy. That God for friends. What this is a straight up scam. Now im no plumber and i would have gladly paid $100 for my pipe to be fixed even though i know it was a $20-30 job. This is sad the companies due this to people i could only imagine all the helpless people that are taking advantage of on a daily basis. The Pink Plumber is scamming people and the crazy thing is when you call out your plumbers they can't even deny it. I know this review will get deleted but I wish the person who reads this could be the one to start a change within your organization. Dan Pearce was our plumber. He was professional, effective, efficient, informative, personable and timely - not always what you expect, much less what you get, when you call in a plumbing emergency at lunchtime on a Friday! Great guys and awesome service. Very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was cleanliness. They didn't wear shoe covers which left some dirt on the floor, and they left puddles of water in my wooden sink cabinets and on the bathroom counter. Otherwise, I was more than satisfied with their knowledge and services. They even went and got missing parts, so they could complete the work without delays. 03/20/17 |

Water main into home broken on Sunday. Googled plumbers and Pink Plumber arrived with in the hour. Although price was high for repair, job was done professionally and quickly. Water back on to the house in about one hour. Lucky Pink Plumber works 24/7 since it would have been tough to make it until Monday without running water. Thanks to Dave L who did a great job & provided good customer service. Recommend the Pink Plummer to anyone. When I called on a Sunday Pink Plumber was able to come out that day!! Dave came out on a late Sunday. Called when he was on the way. (They kept in constant contact). When he got here he listened to our problem gave us the plan then worked the price to get the best one. He was professional and courteous. If i ever need one again I will be sure to ask for Dave!! Ok let me start by saying todays experience with Josh was awesome!! Today josh came to do warranty work. The first guy that came was horrible, nervous, and didnt know what he was doing it seemed. I still had a leak. Anyway I called them back explaining that and they sent josh out the next day! no charge no questions asked. they also informed me that the other guy no longer works for them. So im glad they get rid of bad ones. Anyway so He came and fixed it. Showed me what he was doing the whole time. Was very informative! He really is a great plumber!! The job was easy so I am satisfied with the work. But all that needed to be done was run the snake 15-20 feet down the pipe. It took about an hour. $470 seems like a lot for a one hour job. 03/14/17 |

I woke up on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM to find my water heater was leaking in my garage. Richard from Pink Plumber - Tampa arrived within just 30 minutes of calling the office for an appointment. After asking about a super high efficient water heater option, Richard was able to have a high efficient unit delivered to the house while he was removing the old water heater. With in a couple of hours I had a new water heater installed and Richard was on his way. I would definitely call Richard at Pink Plumber - Tampa next time I need any plumbing work. Dan came to our rental property to evaluate a clog. He found the problem right away and got everything working. He gave me some suggestions and helpful advice. Such a nice plumber to work with. The second visit was much better than the first. If the first Tech had been more thorough a second visit would not have been required. But Josh the second Tech more than made up for the company.
