Felix showed up on time and was very professional and personable. We spent a lot of time evaluating our options as there was more than one solution and he was upfront on pricing before the work was performed. He also waited for a few minutes so I could check with the buyers of the property regarding the options / solution so I didn't have to incur another service call at a later date. Last night we needed to call The Pink Plumber do to a bad leak from our water heater. They were quick in getting someone to our home. Technician, Felix Rivera called us back and notified us that he would be at our home within 1/2 hour. He came to our home and explained what the issue was. Felix was knowledgeable and courteous while we were asking questions. Felix also advised that we had a leak in the main valve to our house but could not fix it last night, but would come Saturday. Felix came back today to fix the main water valve to our home. Anyone needing a plumber, I recommend The Pink Plumber and would ask for Felix Rivera. Felix R. 08/19/17 |

Callled Pink Plumber's hotline and asked if we could have a plumber come for a water leak in our garage. Felix Rivera, called us back relatively quick and said he is on his way. Felix Rivera assessed the problem. We needed a water heater. He searched for a great price and gave us a great discount. He was courteous and gave his full attention while we asked questions and was knowledgeable and his work was neat. This is our second time using Pink Plumber and satisfies with their service. Almost $400 to diagnose a problem. Never was told there would a "diagnostic" charge on top of the service fee. Guy was here 15 minutes max. He left and fortunately I was able to fix it myself within 5 minutes of him leaving. 08/18/17 |

I dont think if fair to say iver the phone to waive a fee. Then charge me 347.00 dollars for shoving a camera in my wall to view the leak. The plumer said that he would give mr a 200.00 dollar discount on the 1500.00 repair. He even wanted to teat a hole on the outside wall to get to the pipe. I felt robbed. Charged $245 Diagnosis fee results in absolutely wrong diagnosis. Suggested replacing a $30 part but job would be $650 come to find out that diagnosis was totally wrong and the problem is in an entirely different place and the suggested part need NO replacement. All that's needed is new flow valve gasket.
I'm very dissatisfied with the service.

Marat Sayapov responded promptly to my call, immediately analyzed the problem and gave me an estimate for repairs. Although the line was much deeper in the ground than he anticipated, he stayed focused and determined to dig through the tree roots and mud to find the break in the line. His hard work, diligence, and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations. Even after repairing the line, he noticed there was still a small leak inside, which was pinpointed in the master bathroom. He assessed the problem and affected the repair immediately. I called Pink Plumber about a clogged toilet. Marat S. Was my technician, and he was at my house the next day on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and professional. I was given a written estimate before he started the job. The job was completed, he was very careful to leave the work area as he found it. Clean and spotless. Fernando showed up when promised and unclogged my main drain. Her completed the task quickly and efficiently then charged my well over $500. He did explain the costs associated and I was ok with it until he was done in 5 minutes. He was unable to explain to me why it costs so much for something that was obviously very simple to complete.
The way he explained the cost was that the company sets the price, he doesn't know what their flat rate is and that he just completes the job.
Since I had a house full of guests (including my sick grandmother) I just paid the price but I will never use The Pink Plumber or recommend them to anyone again. As a business owner in the service industry I would recommend that pricing be more transparent or to at least teach your technicians that if you're charging someone hundreds of dollars for a service not to let the customer know that you can do it in 5 minutes. It builds distrust and makes the customer regret approving the repairs. He scared me with comments as : ground is soft, when it was raining and he was refering to a plumber or line break and he even said water could be under house. He was pricing a lot of money. Scared me to death. Then my sister came out to ask him as he talked so fast, he asked my sister, "who are you her mother" and he said " I already explained this to her". It was awful awful awful experience. Roto rooter came out later and they were nice and helpful and no problems. 08/01/17 |
