Returned email request within minutes. Very friendly interactions. Service was prompt and on time. Carlos was my service pro and he was professional and worked on a difficult problem straight thru several hours until service was completed. He was friendly and knew exactly what he neefed to from the start.

The pricing is outrageous. I have been in multi-family construction for 28 years and had a blockage that I couldn't get to myself or with my regular plumbers. Called them and they wanted to charge $500 to clear a drain from the cleanout to the toilet, which was all of 7'. Insane. Got it done for $100, which is normal. 05/19/17 |

The Pink Plumber showed up when they said they would. They were friendly and did everything they promised. They gave us our estimate, we accepted and the work was done the same day. We had 2 of our 3 toilets back up into the house on Mothers Day. Pink Plumbers was at our home within 2 hours of our call. Very polite and knowledgeable. Josh was very thorough and informative. We called them as a second opinion after our plumber through our home warranty performed sub-par with terrible customer service. Richard showed up on time and greeted me very professionally. My water heater was piped through an old water softener was leaking, Richard ran the pipes correctly with a direct connection from the wall to the water heater. I'm finally able to get rid of that huge outdated water softener that hadn't worked in 15 years! Richard was very personable and knowledgeable. Although the job was slightly more pricier than others I'd researched, it is well worth it knowing that my job is done right and is guaranteed. Frrnan was knowledgeable and did his job well. However the price was outrageous. If it was close to reasonable, I would use your service again, and even recommend you, but charging 3-4x what the job should cost, and then offering to spray water through my pipes for an extra $1000 was even more outrageous.
At this point, I don't see myself ever using your service again, and will even recommend that people go elsewhere, to a company that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for a simple drain snaking. 05/02/17 |

Where do I start. What a spectacular worker!!!!! Thomas was very focused on his job and took the quality of his work to a level I have yet to see from anyone in Florida since I have lived here and that has been about 11 years now. His professionalism along with just being an all around good person who wants to do right by his work was worth any money I had to pay out of pocket, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Unfortunately we were offered a free estimate and when I asked for an estimate he said he could not do that without for starting the job before I know what he was fully into the job which was a simple leak in the shower he said first he needed 255 refundable and then later at the end of the job he said the price was 494. Prices or out of line for such a simple job and we still have a leak and terrible noise turning on and off . I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with the manager Blaine and he has not returned my calls since hearing my discontent and say we would get a lawyer if this is not resolved Joshua S. 04/25/17 |

This is the second time we've used Pink Plumber and requested Richard to come back. He does an EXCELLENT job. He takes his time to explain everything in terms we can understand. He's very neat, keeps a clean work area and leaves it in the same condition when he's done. He's very conscientious about keeping our floors clean, keeping the doors closed so the dogs don't get out, and just about anything else you would expect from a friend/visitor coming to your home. He even answers questions that are not really related to the visit he's here for which helped us out a lot. Richard is very personable and makes you feel confident in choosing Pink Plumber. I absolutely loved the services. You literally saved my houses life. I had been hearing some spraying noises not giving any attention to it and then realized that a copper pipe had bursted in the house. I was looking for someone who could do a good job abc decided to go with this business. Richard did an awesome job and offered to help clean up the water. I had told him it wasn't necessary. He was super professional and tried to get me the lowest price possible. I will definitely recommend him again and was super accommodating. This is not Dan's fault. It is the company's. Dan was very polite but the price he quoted me was outrageous. $562 to replace a 10" piece of PVC pipe outside going from above the ground from my well to the pump. I declined the service and my neighbor fixed the problem and replaced ALL of the piping from a foot underground and into the garage to the pump for $27.00 worth of supplies including a new pressure gauge! My regular plumber was ill hence my need to call a new plumber. You can bet I'll never call the Pink Plumber again! Dan P. 04/21/17 |
