The only reason I will not recommend you to anyone and in fact will tell everyone I know not to use you, is that after talking with another plumber, I feel that you over charged me for the work that was done. $847 for 2 1/2 hrs of work is more than double what should have been charged. Our hot water heater failed and had water flooding. After trying 3 other local plumbers who could not come until the next day, Richard arrived within 2 hours and replaced our failed unit. I feel that I am a victim of being gouged. The bill was more than an Attorney would earn. 630.00 for a 45 min service call is unacceptable however at 8:00 PM with no running water with a child in the house I was hopeless. Same job without an emergency would have need half the price. 04/14/17 |

We had hired The Pink Plumber years ago to remove a clog in my father's bathroom. We were impressed then with the way the plumber interacted with my father and got the job done. With that said, we hired them again last year because we had a leak and thought they would be the best for the job. Another plumber (we won't mention names) came out and part of the job was not done properly after several trips to our house leaving us with a brand new toilet that leaked. It was leaning toward the wall after installation, so we had the other plumber come back to reseat it. Apparently he broke the seal and then just caulked around the base of the toilet instead of replacing the broken ring. We later found that the other plumber is no longer with Pink Plumber. We called to have the necessary repair done to the toilet since it should have been covered under warranty. Dan stepped into a very sensitive situation and handled it like a true professional. He was very positive and got the job done. The grout job looks very nice and clean. So nice to see! Dan entered into a situation where the last plumber had basically just squeezed caulk around the base of the toilet and the leaking made it so ugly and nasty. We had put so much hard earned money into getting this job done we were really disgusted. Initially we were so excited to have a new toilet in that bathroom after 20 years, but when the last plumber did what he did we were pretty disgusted. We really felt a sense of relief and closure over this when Dan fixed the issue and left those nice clean grout lines. Thank you Dan!!! We have not used the toilet yet, but we do know Dan flushed it several times before he left. He took pictures of everything to document. It was covered under warranty. The only thing is we wish we had received some type of paper receipt or statement of the visit to go along with our records. Yes, this is my 2nd review in a month, but that's not because of the plumber. We need to bust up floors and replace pipes; but until that happens, we have serious clogs and Dan Pearce The Pink Plumber in the big pink van comes to clear them out. Dealing with THE PINK PLUMBER- WAS A PLEASURE! Start to finish. The people I dealt with on the phone were both polite professional and helpful. That professionalism continued when Richard showed up at my home. He was very helpful in providing advise on the repair that needed to be done. He made several suggestions, priced out several options, then allowed me to make a decision I felt comfortable with and fit my budget! He started and completed the job in a very efficient manner. The result was 10 times better the previous plumber had done. He left the area clean and looking like a professional had done the job! The Pink Plumber became our go to plumber about a year ago when we called them with an emergency situation and were impressed with the response we received. We recently scheduled them to install toilets and faucets for a bathroom upgrade project, and can't say enough good things about our service tech, T J Salvato. We needed help on a Sunday night and he came within a reasonable time. He helped with our problem. The problem reoccurred two days later and they responded quickly and because the problem was a bigger issue applied our previous payment to this. There were a lot of mixed reviews on the company and Fernando, but Fernando did a great job. The first plumbing company I hired, told me it would be a $1700 repair and that they would have to rip up my tile floor and replace the entire pipe. I called The Pink plumber to get a second opinion and I am glad I did! Pink Plumber charged me $600 to cut the flange out of the floor, raise it, and replace it. We called the pink plumber to come out and unstop our lines,the technician broke a pipe in our house,snaked out one line and charge us over 400.00 for this survice.Now we have water in our house and outside of the house and they said that the concrete had to be broken and replace the pipes that he didn't snake and that would cost almost 1000.00 and then we would half to pay someone else to fix the wall that they would half to break. 03/31/17 |

Was told by cabinet installers in the late afternoon that I needed to have a gas line relocated and some water lines capped. I tried calling several plumbing companies to try to get a repairman do the repairs and none had any available that evening. When I called Pink Plumber their repairman arrived in less than two hours. The service tech was extremely nice and courteous. However, he had to get a quote/estimate on the job from his IPad. To snake out the main drain line, through the clean-out cap, I was quoted a price of $439. To snake it out while removing and resetting the toilet, $650. That is ridiculous, and outrageous to charge prices like that. The same job from another company is $250 - $325...HALF the price... 03/27/17 |

After $10,000 problem is still not resolved, plumbers will fix one problem and Then state another, which means they don't inspect correctly. If they would of fixed the overall problem instead of pieces of it then I wouldn't have came out of pocket so much. But they got there money and I will never hire them again 03/25/17 |
