I called the Pink Plumber company because my mother's neighbor had used them and was very pleased. I too am pleased with how soon they had someone out to deal with our leaky toilet. He gave me several options to deal with the problem and finished the project quickly and competently. Richard provided excellent and quality service. He is very through in his work. He explain in detail what the problem is and ways fix the problem. He double checks his work before he leaves and instructs the homeowner to call if their is any problems.. He is respectful the homeowner property. He should be recognized for the service he provides. Easy to schedule with a quick response time. The main office helpfully provides a 1-hour heads up when the service tech is on their way. My service tech, Richard, was very professional and quick to diagnose the issue with my electric water heater, which a lot of plumbers won't even look at! The service I received from Pink Plumbers was excellent. This was the Second time I called for service the first was a leaky toilet in my second bathroom. This call was for for a leaky pipe behind my bathroom in the master bedroom. I also requested to have New valves installed in the shower.
