I gave PP five stars on all questions and Felix was great. He arrived on-time and worked hard to get the job done. However, I cannot recommend PP for one reason; cost. We paid $1800 for what amounted to about six hours of work. Can't stress our appreciation to Felix but the cost, in my opinion, cannot be justified. 10/29/17 |

My experience with Fernando S and the Pink Plumber was absolutely FIVE STAR! I was contacted by reception and received a photo of the person assigned to my job. Fernando is the consummate professional. He explained multiple options and provided total cost (not an estimate) for the option I selected. It took 2 trips but they were finally able to fix my problem. My water softener had deteriorated into my pipes and I could not get hot water to my master bath.I was impressed with getting a personal call from management after the first attempt failed. A second plumber came out at my convenience and was able to solve it. A bit pricey but happy that a portion goes to breast cancer research. I would use again. Professional and punctual. Closet Flange broke on toilet, dealing with a cement slab. The work was beyond my skill set. Dave did a great job, took time to explain. William @ Pink Plumbers did a great job. He empathized with my concerns, provided clear diagnosis of my sewer line problem and gave me options. It is not easy to be faced with a sewer line replacement but he made it manageable and I was amazed just how quickly Pink Plumbers got everything rolling. The markers were out that evening the same day for the dig and William was out there in the rain next morning to have it done with another plumber. The Pink Plumber not only gave me an appointment first thing the next day after my call but Felix ,there Plumber, did an excellent job. He was thorough, he was clean and he went above and beyond by understanding my needs. He worked to get me the best price for a job I wasn't expecting but needed -a toilet leak that was coming from both the tank and base. We ended up needing to replace it, and he picked out the right color and gave me a choice in his estimate of two models and allowed the higher price model at the same install quote. He double checked, after the toilet install, my original reason for coming out - to check the water heater they installed 10 months earlier to ensure proper heating.Bravo Felix R. 10/12/17 |
