I had another major plumbing company give an estimate for a slab leak fix but chose Pink Plumber mostly because of their fairly priced leak detection service and they donate to a cause close to my heart. After my leak was found by an outsourced detection service, I waited days for Pink Plumber to get back to me and schedule a follow up visit to estimate the cost of repair. I had a bit of wiggle room because the leak was in my garage and not especially impactful to my daily life. Finally, I got a call from Pink Plumber on Nov 21 and, to my surprise, it was Blaine (sp?) the shop manager. He apologized profusely for his team dropping the ball on following through. Blaine was very professional! He got me on schedule for Nov 22, much to my surprise. This time, technician Rob came out. He fully understood the leak issue without me having to start from scratch. He presented me with my options and I agreed to proceed with work. On Nov 24, Rob and a new hire showed up on schedule and completed the work. Rob was very good to work with and I appreciate his honesty, job knowledge and efficiency. I highly recommend Pink Plumber! Ask for Rob! Rob J. 11/24/17 |

Nothing but good things to say bout my service! David L did an amazing job! Was a nice guy, didn't mind my messy cluttered house, was nice to my dogs & kids, just all around great experience. 1) On the bathroom where I had water leak and low pressure issue, I was told that I need to get the faucet replaced. but I did not continue ahead as it was expensive for me for the quote provided. Alternatively, I have got the faucet replaced by myself but the issue is still persisting. So basically, the diagnosis provided to replace the faucet is incorrect and did not help me for the inspection I have paid and I have unnecessarily purchased a new one by myself to fix the issue.
2) on the other bathroom where I did not have any issue, I was told that I need to get the faucet replaced too as the faucet sprout was moving ( left and right). I did check the east Brandon Walmart this evening and I found that all the "peerless bathroom sink faucet" had moving sprout. so this suggestion was also incorrect. 11/21/17 |

I had an emergency plumbing issue around 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Jason drove to my house from 2 hours away the same evening. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He accomplished the job in a timely manner, at a great price. He was able to resolve my issue so that my family and I could turn our water supply back on. ason Calci, Service Technician was awesome!!!! While at my brothers residence for a fence installation , the installation crew cracked a pipe, ugh. My brother contacted The Pink Plumber. The afore mentioned technician arrived on site within the hour and worked tirelessly in an effort to correct the problem. Unfortunately it was much more serious then could be fixed at this time . As per Company protocol 3 estimates were emailed to my brother for his decision, to resolve the problem as soon as arrangements can be made for the fence company to pay for the extensive damage they created. We had an overnight plumbing emergency the night before an early-morning surgery was scheduled. David L. was timely and able to correct our issue that night so we could return home the next day after surgery to working fixtures. After dealing with multiple plumbing companies ripping us off, we finally had Richard come out and take care of our leaks. Previous plumbers stayed maybe 45 minutes with a hurried in and out service, whereas Richard worked over 5 hours fixing the other plumbers mistakes. Definitely a great worker! And the leak is fixed! Felix R. was my technician. He was at my house within 1.5 hrs of calling, promptly evaluated the problem and then offered me three options, including his recommendation for the best solution. The pricing was straightforward and easy to understand. He also helped me with getting the membership discount - which came out to more than the cost of the membership. He was very knowledgeable and shared information with us on our problem and options to fix it now and down the road when we have more money to spend. He did not push us to do work or purchase items that we did not need at the time.
We had absolutely no use of showers and toilets, he made sure before he left that he did everything possible to get us working, and even put the toilet back in place instead of leaving for us to do. He went above and beyond to keep the cost of the work within what we could afford to spend, being on a fixed income.
It was a very unexpected stressful event, and we were unprepared emotionally & financially for this problem. Thank you so much Felix, you are the best and we appreciate your working so hard to help us through this. Pink Plumber is lucky to have an employee with such a great attitude, friendly, knowledgeable and who really wants to help people.

Remodeled 2nd floor shower. Notice shower leaked into 1st floor ceiling. Tried to isolate leak and determined that only leaked during use of shower. Called Pink Plumber locates in Tampa, Fl and requested TJ...had him on prior plumbing work not related to shower install. Performed leak investigation and found that shower drain was the issue after cutting exploratory hole in ceiling. He replaced with new shower drain and seal and redid elbow and cross section. Ran shower after work and no more leaks. Absolutely thrilled with work by JT and always take the time to explain work upfront and competes work with professionalism and expertise.
