My hot water heater died the weekend before Christmas (Monday). My regular plumber was out of town for two weeks so I called the Pin Plumber. Justin arrived at 8 pm -4 hours after I called- and fixed the problem for the price of a service call. He was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable, informative, polite and delightful. This is a great company to do business with. I called in the morning and was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist. She took my information and scheduled the appointment. I was called by Felix R. a couple hours later and he arrived when he said he would and quickly diagnosed my plumbing problem and fixed it in a very professional manner. I was emotionally attached to my 70 year old toilet but Felix sold me on the advantages of letting her go and replacing with a new one. It was a tough job to replace her but I could not be happier with the new one.. It works like a charm. Very clean too. Usually when you get this type of work done there is some debris left over but Felix made sure the bathroom was left just like is was when he entered it. Great job!!!!. Felix R. 12/15/17 |

I contacted the pink Plummer and told them I needed help immediately and within one hour Justin S came to my door with the paint plumber truck and I thought this company knows how to take care of business I told Justin short had another company in come out and I couldn't understand that they will trying to tell me to fix my hot water heater. Justin immediately analyze the problem and explained it to me in layman's terms which I really appreciate in addition he gave me a price right away and it was way more lower then the other company I would definitely recommend this company and I would recommend Justin short is the man to go to he said it was new with the company but he definitely knew what he was doing he also stayed as long as he could which is way into the evening after 11 o'clock before 12 even though he has a daughter at home he was going stay until he got the job done this is my kind of contractor I also would recommend other people to contact this company and I am due to my next-door neighbor and she was grateful she will need his help soon Ken Philbrick Justin S. 12/13/17 |

Marat was the perfect professional of the day! First day in my new home, 2000 miles from “home”; I experienced a home buyers nightmare with a 60 year old cast iron pipe back up and just before I was about to burst into tears he thoroughly explained all of my options and inspected everything so I could make a genuinely educated decision on what to choose.
What a comfort to be in an unfamilar city with such an efficient service pro. Thank you Marat for your quick response and thorough service that kept my peace of mind intact! Easily worth the additional services I sought after!
