Plumber Jimi came to my home and quickly located the slab leak. He was able to cap the leak while being very clean and efficient. Several days later Plumbers Jimi & Diana both responded back to my home and installed the new pipe. Again, both plumbers were efficient and very clean. He's prompt, polite and sweet and totally dedicated to your job: He works non-stop to be completely accommodating to your needs and goes BETOND to finish the job with steadfast detail and will not recommend further work just to make you spend more money. Short review: I'm absolutely blown away by the diligence, responsiveness, and the level of customer service. By far and away the best choice for plumbing service in Orange County Long review read on: Elliot, Josh, and Amy took amazing care of me. First Josh called every single person at his company to try to get someone to my place the day of to address my problem. He manages to get Elliot to come by towards the end of the day, when it would normally be overtime but says he'll wave the overtime. Already impressed. Then Elliot, absolute machine, not only completely takes care of the clog we had in the main line, but gets Amy in his office to submit the work through my HOA, as there were roots going into the sewer line causing a blockage and that's on the HOA. This was like 8pm on a Saturday... I have no idea how Amy got a hold of my HOA to work it out, but somehow she did. Unreal. Literally every single person on this team executed their shit like it was the freaking Manhattan Project. Elliot didn't leave until the line was as clear as he could possibly get it. It took 2 hours but at the end he was incredibly happy that I was taken care of. On the first day after Josh came out I initially decided to go with another vendor due to home warranty. When I spoke to Amy to let her know and offered to pay for Josh's time she didn't even accept the payment. This is quite literally the best customer service I've ever received. Especially if you live in a condo, townhome, or any place with an association you need to go through Scott's English, they have all the contacts with the management companies. If it's an issue that goes beyond your property, like mine was, not only will they make sure it goes through the right channels with your HOA but they will move heaven and earth to make sure you're taken care of ASAP and in the best possible way. We also contact first HOA on holiday weekend and the person fix it under the rain ( it was dark and cold). A couple of weeks later I noticed the same problem occurred. We called and a technician came. First, he dug, vacuumed the mud then figured out where was the problem. His name is JOSH MORENO. He did an amazing job.. and left the place clean. We had an urgent issue on a Saturday night with a gas leak in our kitchen area. Matt came to our house and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fixed it quickly and waited for the gas company to do their check before leaving. Matt was wonderful! He was upfront with the costs and walked us through the problem so we had a thorough understanding of what the issue was. We are so appreciative! Thank you for the job well done! If you have a plumbing problem, you will be most fortunate to have Paul Muro of Scott English Plumbing on hand to deal with it. An old water heater needed replacement and associated leaks needed repair. Paul's knowledge and efficient work did more than replace the water heater. Paul was on time for our appointment and a price was given before any work was begun. He resolved the problem and cleaned up after the repair was complete. Had a leak in my home and I called Scott English Plumbing to check where the source of the leak was originating. Despite it being a Sunday at 7:30am, we received a call back within 10 minutes of leaving a voicemail. They had a plumber scheduled to arrive within the hour. They sent out Mikey, he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to find the source of the leak and had the pipe replaced in a few short hours. Would definitely use their services in the future! We had a leak coming up through our living room carpet and had to call Scott English Plumbing after 5pm. Brian Zimmerman arrived within an hour and checked for a slab leak, which was negative. Brian put in a lot of work and found evidence of the leak under our kitchen cabinetry, on an outside wall, and found the source was an upstairs bathroom sink. Scott English Plumbing has an amazing team! I recently bought a house only to discover it had extensive mold and water damage. I was horrified. But my HOA called Scott English Plumbing to detect where the source of moisture was coming from. Brian was extremely thorough and professional. He was like a detective, hunting and searching high and low for clues. His support and professionalism carried me through a very stressful time. I can't thank them enough. In addition, Elliot came out to do the repiping and they have been amazing. Their phone staff is always courteous and available, calling each time someone is on their way. Major Saturday morning shower valve leak dripping into the downstairs bath ceiling/floor. 8AM, called 3 plumbers. Not available.....Except one. Scott English dispatcher said a tech would contact me during the late afternoon, best they could do. Get a call 30 min later like 10:30, tech available, will be there soon. 10:45, Jimi shows up, sees the problem, asks me if I want to pull the tile away or him but $$$ would add up. I volunteered and he said call me back and I'll return. I was done in 10 min, called Jimi, he returned as promised in 20 min. Fixed my bad copper sweat problem like a true pro. Excellent customer service , especial on a Sat AM. First of all, Travis Flanders, the technician who helped me, was FANTASTIC! Scott English Plumbing was less than half the cost (to replace the water pressure regulator) than the other company we asked first total for the whole job, and they were quick (they came the very next morning, and didn't take long to do the work either), convenient, and so professional. Travis Flanders was friendly, professional, and explained the work he was doing in a way that was simple (but not condescending whatsoever).
