Darryl was called by my HOA to assist in stopping a blockage in my downstairs bathroom toilet. He arrived within 30 minutes on this emergency service call at approximately 7:00 pm. He immediately diagnosed the problem as a blockage inside my condo and removed the toilet and snaked the toilet to clear the blockage. He then checked on the main sewer line and found that there was also a blockage in that pipe and said he would talk to his manager to about that problem and get approval from the HOA to dig up the main sewer line to see if there was a problem there as well. He was back the next morning and said it was ok to do laundry because he had cleared the blockage the night before and they weren’t going to replace the main sewer pipe until the next day. Well, I had another major backup/overflow hproblem in the downstairs toilet and water in that bathroom, the panty and the kitchen. Darryl brought in his wet vacuum and got rid of most of the water. It seemed the blockage was not in my unit but at the main sewer line so Darryl turned off all the water and left to get the parts to replace the main sewer pipe immediately and did not leave until 6 pm that evening. I truly appreciated his efforts since I just had cervical spine surgery 3 weeks ago and needed water in the condo as all 3 toilets were not usable. I appreciate his quick response but was a bit dismayed that the original blockage was misdiagnosed and created the blockage the next day and created another water overflow. Darryl N. 12/22/17 |

It is not an exaggeration to say that Josh is by far the most outstanding plumber I have ever encountered for several reasons. I had a complicated plumbing emergency that he handled extremely well. It was obvious from the moment he assessed the situation that he is highly skilled, professional and courteous. His ability to think outside of the box saved my family time and money. Jimi had to access the plumbing line of our neighbor (condo units) and was very careful not to have to access walls, etc. unless he had to. He was very nice about explaining everything. We did have to have holes in several areas in our garage and the stairway from the garage to our upstairs but he cleaned everything up and was very professional. Our laundry room was flooded with water in the middle of the night. Our HOA sent Scott English Plumbing to help us find the leak. William Curtis showed up promptly in less than an hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. After almost two hours of the effort, William finally found the problem. It's the slab leak behind the water heater at our main water line(coming in from the garage). William explained the problem in details and answered many other plumbing questions from us. We learned a lot from him!! He recommended us to install a water softener to prevent the water mineral damage to our pipes that I think it's a great idea.
