Kelly, the person who answered the phone, was very personable and friendly on the phone, and she answered on the third ring. When I called other plumbing companies, I got a voicemail, or a "somebody will call you back" answer. Some guys were on a job and you could hear them in the background. The National Companies transfer you all over, after they beg for your contact information. I told Kelly what the problem was and she arranged a plumber to come out on my time frame. She was also clear about the charges for the service call. Like Kelly promised, she called me thirty minutes before the tech arrived. Indeed, Kelly is a good "face to your company". The tech, Diego B. arrived on time. He was professional, friendly and most of all honest. After spending time evaluating the problem, he told me that my faucet needed a new nozzle to fix the water pressure problem. He told me once I got the part, I could install it or call them back. I went to pay him for his time, and Diego said that there was no charge. Then I remembered that Kelly told me that if they did not do any work, there would not be any charge. I'm a doctor and know nothing about plumbing. So, if a plumber wanted to be untruthfull, or upsell me, it probably would not be too difficult. Just wanted to give a big thank you to Jimi for his excellent service and his professional but also personable demeanor.
Our garage was a flooded muddy mess do to our neighboring condo’s water line not holding together ” properly “ Jimi made a not so fun Saturday night not so bad.
Still have a few days work ahead to get the plumbing straight and mud cleaned up but really appreciate his knowledge in getting what needed to be done tonight accomplished in a timely manner. We will definitely be using and recommending Scott English Plumbing.

I've had to use Scott English plumbing several times within the last 6-7 months for various leaks in my home. When I call with questions regarding such as, have you received the order from my association to get someone to my home, status of driver coming, etc.. I have always spoke with someone that was willing to help and assist my with questions. If they had to look into anything, they called me right back with an update! When I started getting Jimi M. sent out to my home, he was always respectful, thorough and very good at explaining what work would be done and roughly how long it would take. I now request Jimi M. if I have issues, because I like that he is efficient and goes above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner. To begin, let me confess that I have never before received service which was so extraordinary to compel me to spend time writing a review. Steve was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and personable plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My family had been struggling with a bathroom drain backing up periodically for several years. Steve not only cleared the drain, but using advanced technology (camera's and GPS style locating equipment) was able to identify a fault valve which continuously caused the issue to reoccur. Jimi has been helping us get a new water heater after the existing one he had to pull out due to a water leak. He also installed a portable water heater which we can use until all the water damage is gone and new drywall is installed. These guys are awesome, came out early at my request to find a mystery leak in my ceiling, turns out copper shower line was corroded. Rey fixed my backed up sink. Never had such honest, no pressure and knowledgeable plumber in my life! He wore shoe covers, and was VERY clean!
My sink is back to normal and flowing again!
I will be using him again in the future!
