Josh was the tech that showed up after my call of a water leak. Let me tell you all companies should base their customer service skills after Scott English plumbing and there employees. Josh showed up was very courteous, professional and knows his job very well. He found the leak very fast spoke with me about all the effects and let me know everything he was doing along the way. Our technician stayed determined to find a solution to our clogged AC condensation lines. At times it seemed doubtful he could fix the problem but he kept trying things until our lines were cleared. Jimi! That's my guy. Man, he's as good as it gets. Jimi came to my house at 7:00 on a Sunday, and he was humming a tune and had a spring in his step...diagnosed my leaking sink and told me he could fix it. Then came the price...Sunday night, you say? Dark, you say? All this doesn't matter to Jimi...he quoted me a price that put a spring in MY step!!
Jimi knows his SHEE-OTT!! He lopped off the bad valve, then he whipped out a blow torch, ((I kid you not)), then he proceeded to take care of a problem in 15 minutes that I'd screwed with for TWO WEEKENDS.

Actually, Kyle was the man that did my work for me and he was great! He wore booties to protect my floor, he showed me part of what was plugging up my drain and suggested a way to avoid it. I was so upset that the Gas Company cut off my gas due to a corroded pipe. However, when William came and explained what need to be done and showed me the corroded part, which is outside of my property, he then worked diligently until the late hour to fix it. I was impressed with the whole experience for the most part. Just wondering about one thing. After the diagnosis was made on the plumbing problem and no work was done to correct it, I specifically asked how much and the technician quoted me a price of $69. I proceeded to make out a check for that amount and then by the time I returned to pay him he said that the price was $149. I did make out another check for that amount. William C. Saved my sanity, after a repaired slab leak we suddenly had more water coming from the same area. I was headed out to work so I could only hope it wouldn't keep streaming it. He called to set an appointment the next day but after hearing my concerns with more water he called to see if he could get approval for after 5. He did and showed up on time...he withstood my questions and my concerns as to why it was happening again. He explained why they call it a slab leak nod fter determining the ther were no leaks in my unit he set out to determine where the water was coming from...he was very thorough in solving the mystery and did. We had a leak in the basement garage of our condo and it appeared to be coming from our unit. Scott English Plumbing sent someone right out to check, and they decided they would have to open up the parking ceiling and run a camera into the pipe to find out what was wrong. We live in another state and made arrangements to come back for the appointment. Since we had to go home on the day of the appointment, they scheduled us as their first appointment of the day. Josh and Eddie were authorized by the HOA to repair a water main leak. Thankfully these things don't happen frequently but my experience with Josh and Eddie could not have made us feel more at ease. Everything was explained in detail and as I'm usually the customer with quite a few questions, all the answers were provided in the calmest manner and I felt that if I had more questions, Josh would have been happy to spend the time to address them all without feeling rushed. When he needed to come into the condo, he was courteous to ensure boots were covered and no trace of dirt came into the condo. Cleanup after the work was done was also included and they left the site without any sign there was a major excavation/repair done. On the back of that experience, we continued with another recommended job to replace the water main valve on the balcony including replacing the water pressure regulator. Again, the service was done in no rush and it appeared no corners were cut and done right from beginning to end. My condo in HB has plumbing design of stck configuration where I inherit all the sediments from 3 units above me before they flush to main line. The shower affected was the second suite that had not been occupied in 3 years when I decided to clean it up and to remodel it.
