Rey came out on Thanksgiving Day!, but still with a great attitude towards his work. He explained what was going on, took care of the problem quickly and cleaned up everything afterward. Exceptional all around! He came by to fix a leaking pipe, but the problem couldn't be fixed without shutting off the main line. He gladly went around to the neighboring units to inform them of the shut off. When he entered my home to do repairs, he put of protective foot coverings as to not damage or dirty my carpet. He finished his work efficiently and explained in detail exactly what he was doing and for what reason.

I met with Jimi at a clients property to evaluate a leak on a wall in the garage. Scott Engtlish Plumbing is the vendor for the HOA in this community. Jimi identified the issue in no time at all. Soon Jimi was joined by another plumber names Stephen. Both gentlemen were professional, detailed, respectful and with a sense of humor that was very welcomed. Okay, so we were stressed. The landlord sent her plumber...poor appearance, unable to do the work. The HOA sent Brett F. (Scott English Plumbing) and what a world of difference. Looked sharp, assessed the problem quickly, accurately, and resolved the issue in record time. Big "Whew!" I approached the truck since I saw it parked in my complex to ask a question about why my toilet is "acting up" intermittently. Travis willingly without hesitation offered to investigate the problem, and explained to me the problem and solution.
