I had an excellent experience with Scott English Plumbing. I received a call back within 30 mins to set an appointment. The plumber (Nate) was at my house within 30 mins. Unbelievable! Nate couldn't have been more awesome. He found the issue, gave me options and fixed it. No BS. No crazy stuff. He cleaned everything up when he was done and everything just worked. Prices were as reasonable as plumbing costs can be. I know a competitor that would have been 2x this cost. I would definitely call Scott English Plumbing again -- and I would ask for Nate. Scott English Plumbing sent Jeff A. for a persistent faucet leak in the tub. Jeff was very courteous (popped on shoe covers on his own accord!), friendly, thoughtful in diagnosing the problem and worked hard until it was fixed.

Shannon came out to change my valves for my new washer and dryer that was going to be delivered. One thing lead to another, when he shut the water off. My Shower had no pressure when the hot water came through. And my cold water, but that had a little more pressure. Shannon fixed the problem but was here longer then he should have been. And he had to claim over my stacked unit which wasn’t an easy task.

I highly recommend William with Scott English Plumbing. I needed to replace my shower/tub fixture and consulted 3 plumbers. The first one said it couldn't be done. The second said he would need to make an enlarged opening in my tile which would necessitate a huge cover plate. The third was William. He believed he could get out the old valve and replace it with a new one without damaging the tile at all. William was thorough and explained why my old fixture had created such a problem and what he would do to make it right. I had a terrible common line blockage in my apartment and Rey T. worked tirelessly for 5 hours to clear my pipes.
