Brett was on time, and his work I hired him for was completed in a timely manner. He told me what the issue was and what needed to be done to rectify the problem. Tyler gets a 5-star review for his lead on a major plumbing problem at my home. He and his crew had to tunnel 12-ft under my house to fix a sewer line with multiple breaks caused by earth settlement. Tyler listened to my concerns about future settling and devised a clever way to give the line more flexibility. He was on time and strived to finish the job a quickly as possible. This was not an inexpensive job but the result was worth the money. Tyler said he would come back in a month and make sure the repair is working properly. He takes his job seriously! He gave us a reasonable estimate and immediately unclogged the bathtub drain and checked to make sure there were no other issues. He was very professional, efficient and kept everything clean. I have never had work done on my home when the person showed up when they said they would #1. #2 Hasan the plumber that came out was professional, knowledgable and super hard working. He worked until the evening to get a clog out and when all seemed impossible he stayed with it and removed the clog. I dare say most people would of given up at that point but his tenacity paid off! I recently had shower valves replaced in two bathrooms and a water conditioner connected by Diego and Luke from Scott English. They provided high quality work and were able to complete the repairs without issue. They were very professional, thorough and timely. The two were able to keep the work area clean and even went the extra step to walk me through the entire process just for my knowledge.
Previously had my water heater installed by Tyler and I wanted to commend him for his work as well. I am very happy with how the installation was implemented.

Many thanks to Elliott at Scott English Plumbing! My water heater had a leak and he replaced it today quickly and efficiently. I have had him out before and requested him specifically as I felt completely at ease with him and very confident in his work. Having repair people in my house kinda freaks me out LOL but he never makes me feel stupid for my questions and is very respectful and polite.
I even had him do another small job in my bathroom I’d been wanting done for a while after the water heater (that I didn’t previously schedule) and he was happy to stay and do that for me.

I want to start by saying i cant thank Scott English Plumbing and especially Jimi enough for coming out on a Sunday the day after 4th of july and solving my emergency. I was a little surprised to see what i guess was a 90 yr old man show up to do the work but he knocked out the job like a 20 yr old! Haha. The leak was solved quick and efficient severely limiting my neighbors inconvenience to the water being shut off. What a great experience!

Scott English, the Owner, came to inspect my concern after a previous HOA re-piping project that left the shut of valves inoperable; and at this time my toilet was leaking; needing repair. After the repipe co. replaced the shutoff valves under warranty with the HOA, I scheduled Scott English Plumbing to repair my toilet and to snake out the vanity sink. Brett Forguson, technician, was excellent in his professionalism; kindly explained everything he did to repair the toilet and the process of clearing my sink. He checked with my downstairs neighbor to make sure there weren't any issues, and showed me the improvements made, parts replaced, and the flushing force was improved and fully operative once again. We recently just purchased our first home and within a month we heard running water in the walls. Called Scott Plumbing and they arrived within an hour and a half. I called multiple companies to find the soonest available and they were by far the speediest. Elliott showed up and he was very polite and helpful. Answered any and all questions I had, even though I had a million. He diagnosed the problem within 20 min and fixed everything (and cleaned up) within the hour. He was fantastic. I called Scott English Plumbing today because I needed some connections replaced so that my new washer could be installed. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who helped me on the phone. She was wonderful and said that she would send someone out today. I think that Jimi and Corey arrived at my house in Dana Point in just a little over an hour. I didn't realize that they would fix my problem on the spot, but they did. Jimi obviously knows what he is doing. He was amazing. And Corey, his apprentice, was a great helper and was clearly paying close attention to everything that Jimi said and did. I also want to give a shout out to Diego and his helper Jose. They spent 2 long days at my house on June 17 and 18 on a completely unrelated matter that involved cutting a big square in the concrete in my garage and repairing a pipe. We had what seemed to be a slab leak. The team showed up quickly and located the issue, and just as quickly fixed the problem. This was really good because the leak was in the down-stairs bathroom and lengthy downtime would have been very difficult for my elderly parents as they cannot climb the stairs to utilize the upstairs bathroom.
