A very nice young man came to my home about 7:30pm last night as there was some confusion about my afternoon appt. he politely introduced himself and inspected the problem.

Wanted to recognize a job superbly done by Paul S. at Scott English Plumbing. Diagnosis of our slab leak was pretty quick, and Paul with his associate were able to re-route pipe with creativity, the right tools, and a minimum of wall cut-outs. Jimi and his coworker came to my condo Monday morning to fix a leak that had occurred over the weekend. I came home around 3 pm to find them both cleaning up. The leak was fixed & the clean up was underway. I was very impressed with the workmanship & the professional manner in which the clean up was completed and Jimi had taken care of all the paperwork. He showed up and didn't even look underneath house where the problem was and quoted me $765.00 without even looking to see what needed to be done. I almost was going to pay it but got a second opinion when I went to Home Depot and got a $3.00 1/2 galvanized cap and some plumbers tape and went under house with a crescent wrench and pipe wrench only and it took about 15 minutes and I was done. I don't understand how you can qoute a job price without even knowing what was needed and materials you need. Especially at that price. Tayler Full did an exceptional job for me over the Labor Day Weekend. She was very persistent in finding the problem and trying to save the faucet.. she had to find a replacement at Home Depot and matched it perfectly. She also had to do an emergency shut off and knew exactly what she was doing. Also handled the other tenants with professionalism and diplomacy. Tayler has a great and pleasant attitude and incredible plumbing skills. I would gladly refer her to anyone and would gladly welcome her back if the need ever arises. Jimi and his assistant Jimi were on time, professional and did not overcharge me. I always feel that when I call a plumber I will be taken advantage of because I don't know anything about it. These two plumbers came in did the job, cleaned up, and charged a fair price. I would recommend using them and this company.
The next day I had another issue and Mikey came. There was nothing wrong with the plumbing and I completely felt dumb for asking them to come back out. Mikey was very nice about it and did not charge for a service call. Great customer service from this company.

Had a leak in the main drain pipe somewhere in the wall. Jimi and his assistant was very courteous and professional. They found the leak in no time but it was not accessible from inside the unit. I live in the townhome community which means dealing with HOA. Jimi took care of talking to the HOA to resolve the issue of cutting open the outside of the unit to get to the leak. I live in Terracina in Rancho Santa Margarita and Saturday I discovered a water leak next to my garage at the meter, that flooded the meter box and ran out into the street like a river. I called the association and they scheduled an appointment for Monday. Sunday the next day as I was leaving for church, Jimi M. my neighbor who is also a Scott English Plumbing Tech was at the leak was the cover off troubleshooting the leak. Long story short, he made a call and Scott English sent out Chris who completed the repair and restored my water in a three hour window a day earlier then scheduled. I live in Terracina in Rancho Santa Margarita and I had a water leak at my meter next to my garage that had flooded the meter box and was flowing like a river out into the street. Jimi is my neighbor and good friend and when I opened the garage to leave for church that Sunday morning, Jimmi was at the leak with the meter box cover off troubleshooting where the leak had originated. He call Scott English Plumbing and explain the severity of the situation and they dispatched a technician (Chris L.) that was there repairing the leak by the time I returned from church. So I was on my way to the movies to see the new Lion King around 9pm on Friday night with my friend and I got a flat tire. I had to pull over on the side of the road. My friend sat there and watched me struggle to change the tire because he had a serious unrelated foot injury. I struggled for 15 minutes trying to jack up my car and got so tired I had to take a breather. That's when Isaiah pulled up with and offered to change the tire for me. He busted out work lights, jacked up my car and bolted in my spare, and he didn't' leave without making sure I had the correct tire pressure. He's a genuine nice guy and he changed the tire so fast he made me look like a total weenie and then he even gave us a spoiler free Lion King review! Thanks Isaiah M. for the help that night even though you had just gotten off of work from plumbing! I didn't make the movie but at least I got home safely. He's the greatest GOAT of all time.
