Had a slab leak. Steve D was assigned plumber with Scot English Plumbing, Showed up on time explained process, followed through. Job completed right first time. Even though had to have drywall tested for asbestos the job was completed in prompt order. Our townhome was experiencing a water leak from a pipe in the wall, leading to water on the ground outside the front door. After speaking with our HOA and informing them of the problem, they called Scott English Plumbing. That same day, within a few hours, Jimi came by to take a look at the issue, which was amazing. Even more amazing was Jimi's statement, after a while opening the walls to find the leak, that he would deal with this immediately.. and he did! Great service, professional and courteous. On 1/23 Diego came out to fix a plugged drain, where 4 condos share the same drain. Was a long day but it was finally fixed...thankfully. I have to tell you how great Diego was. I finally purchased a new kitchen faucet and couldn’t wait to have it installed. Paul was very helpful and answered all my questions. I had the nicest plumber come out today. His name was Victor. He had an apprentice with him, I'm bad at names so sorry I forgot his name. First they were both very polite. They got the work done, even put my cleaning supplies back under the sink! SE Plumbing has some awesome people. They had a door mat which they placed on my doorstep.
