Jose and Dave of Reid and Pederson responded timely to my appt for them to clean out the air vent to my Kitchen/Utility rm roof vent. The vent was clogged with leaves, seeds and general debris that accumulated since the house was built in 1956. The air was blocked causing gurgling sounds when a sink full of water was drained. Trees that were tiny are now towering over the house and dropping large volumes of leaves and seed pods. (Silver maples). The men were prompt, cordial and efficient and inspected other roof vents to be certain they weren't clogged also. The price was consistent with the market and they used my credit card. Everyone at Reid & Pederson is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable - from Betty who answers the phones to Rico and the other staff members. I have used R&P several times and they have come out quickly to identify the problem, provide an estimate, and complete the work. Unlike a lot of tradesmen, they have the proper equipment and respond to specific questions with specific answers. They perform the work in a professional, organized, and efficient manner. They also clean-up the work area. I highly recommend Reid & Pederson without any reservations and will be using them again if the need arises. Due to an odd situation with having R&P help inspect a house we were going to buy, then verify fixes that seller did, then have them back to finish work that was not done, we were extremely impressed by all the crews they sent for the different jobs. The scheduling was easy and helpful. The crews called on their way, were always on time, explained everything as they went. Very personably and knowledgeable. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else for rodding our sewer line. About once a year, if we don't have the line cleared out, we have a backup - so now we're in the habit of scheduling a maintenance appointment before the inevitable happens. Every person I deal with there are so courteous, efficient and accommodating!
