Dave from Reid and Peterson routed the main sewer line to my house. He was very professional and personable all in one. That is a good trait to have when you deal with people all day long. I am in the real estate business and work with a ton of contractors. Recently I had an issue at a rental property I own and reached out to a plumber I use. My plumber friend recommended Reid & Pederson. It was after hours, so I left a message and somebody called me back within 20 minutes. Since the issue was not a total emergency they had someone at my property the next morning. They sent an email before going to tell me who would be going, the service professional called when he was on his way, and then called when he was done. He even called me to ask if it was o.k. for him to use the restroom!!! And, I just got the invoice and it was very reasonable. I have Dan for a lot of years do my sewer. He is a very Polite man and knows what he is doing. We have used this company twice for outside drainage work with a Hydro-Jet machine and inside for rodding of plumbing lines. Both times they were professional in their service and on time! Because we have a lot with many trees, we need to have our line rodded out on a yearly basis. They send a reminder and I respond with a phone call to line up my appointment. All of the technicians are always right on time, coming within the window they have quoted. They are knowledgeable and courteous. On the occasion when I have had an emergency they have come in a very timely fashion. They simply are the best around in terms of service as well as price. Not fun to wake up to a blocked and overflowing sewer. They arrived at my house within an hour. Ryan called in the cavalry on a bad situation. Within 2 hours water was flowing and all was clean. R&P provides a significant discount to regular customers. My outlet is hard to access since I had the basement remodeled, but they manage just fine. They are efficient, leave no mess whatsoever (spread tarps), and they show up on time within the short appointment window after a phone call to let me know they are on the way. We were pleased that when we called your answering service on a Sunday a member of Reid Pederson called us back in 30 minutes to help with our plumbing needs and set up an appointment for the next day Monday.
Jose arrived and was very knowledgeable about the problem and took time to explain what he was going to do. He answered our guestions appropriately and repeated answers if needed with patience.

I called on s Sunday and spoke with the answering service. I was impressed that someone from Reid & Pederson called to help me with my plumbing needs and set up an appointment for the next day, Monday.
Jose arrive between the allocated time. He explained what he was going to do and answered our questions. He repeated the answers to questions we asked and he was very patient. We knew by this ineraction that he was very knowledgable about his work.
