I have used Reid & Pederson for several years. They do excellent work. Very professional. I have never had to call them back due to problems with the work done. They are very prompt. In fact, because I have used them for several years, I have established a personal relationship with them. This means a lot to me. If you call after hours, Mr. Reid will return your call and go over the problem with you. This is the only company I use and will be using them for many years to come. Great company. Dave D. came to the house was great to talk to, explained what he was going to do,and why. he put a carpet down by the drain ,newspaper around the pipes, did the job,cleaned up afterward,and checked the drain to make sure it was clear,and also told me about product to use to help keep drain open. My service person was Jose and he is very pleasant. Used protective shoe coverings to come into the home since it was raining. Explained all he had to do and show me what he was doing. As always 5 star service; from the scheduler to the tech, no complaints. The tech showed up right on time and was from the garage all the way to the street in no time. One time, on a whim, I went with some company who refereed to themselves as "reliable" and I learned my lesson. The other company wanted to dig up my yard and put all new pipe in. I called Pederson and the were out and had the line cleaned in no time. I've been using R&P for too many years to count and will continue to use them as long as I own my home. Considering my house still smells like s sewer when heat is on and you have been out and deny smelling odor...even though everyone else can..I now have to pay to have my furnace dismantled and cleaned..(since the odor is only when furnace is running) before the holidays...I am very reluctant to refer you..so sorry because we have used your services for years...I'm still on the fence...

I only gave one less than the highest on the time/scheduling more because my schedule makes it hard to know when I will be here for them to come. They did their best to work with me. There was one emergency call the poor guy was here until 3 am! And one other time the guy was here late was thinking he may have to come back but when he learned I was having surgery the next day he stayed and got it done. Dedication - Awesome 11/14/15 |

I've been using Reid & Pederson for years for my tree root issues. Always friendly and efficient. I originally chose them many years ago because they were the fastest to get to me in an emergency situation ( including one well known company that advertises having so called emergency service ) and they stayed until the job was done. We have had a long neglected nasty problem with our basement sewer. When it rained heavy, the water in the basement would not go away for days. It was heavily clogged and we had to restrict water usage . I finally called Reid and Pederson for help. They were pleasant, helpful, solved our problem quickly and gave us a reasonable price. We had a "drain emergency" the day before we were hosting our Halloween Party. Reid & Pederson's Sandy P. managed to squeeze us into the day's schedule and within a few hours, Ryan R. (I think he's actually Ryan Reid, a member of one of the founding families of the business) was at our door. He was polite, competent and quickly had everything flowing again. Wonderful people; wonderful company!!!
