Discovered leak in faucet in kitchen sink. Called Reed and Son. They came the same day within the 2 hour window that I was told.
Diagnosed problem immediately & began to replace faucet.
Pat & Mark are great guys to deal with.
Pricing is very reasonable. Have been dealing with Patrick for 10 years & also use his company for repair work at our church.

Had Reed and Son come out for a water pipe backup with my clothes washer. After attempting to snake the pipe they discovered the backup was all the way to the street. They called the city and advised them of the problem and waited for them to arrive, stayed until they were well into resolving the problem. I called and spoke to Christine and even though it was after noon she said her tech would be out that day. Mark showed up went to work then Steve showed both very professional and after dealing with our old tired system had water flowing in good time. We discussed the pros and cons and I felt they were very sincere, just the facts, their opinions and no pressure. I had a backup problem in my kitchen sink, a bad one. Called Reed and Son and Vince was out shortly. I have to admit that most of the problem was due to homeowner engineering, but Vince sorted it all out very quickly. Patrick Reed was out a year or so ago to replace a leaking well tank. This is not the first time we have had Reed and Son Services to our house, the first time they came out and repaired a toilet on a Sunday. They were quick, professional and very friendly. They are quick to explain what they're doing and answer any questions asked.
Mark arrived on time and was VERY professional. He got right to work and had water service restored to our house in about an hour and a half.

On September 7th, 2016, I called Reed and Son Plumbing Services in Mount Airy MD because of a well water problem in my home. On September 8th, Mark responded and diagnosed the cause and scheduled repair work for the next day. Patrick, Mark and Steve arrived as scheduled and performed the necessary repairs, including a new pump, new tank, etc. The work was done professionally and efficiently, and I am very satisfied with the result. Crew of two, Mark and Steve, very professional. Had everything needed for job in van. In and out under two hours. Pulled pump and replaced with more appropriately sized one along with new wire harness. Recommended replacing plastic fittings with metal since pump was already pulled. Fantastic, friendly, and fast! They were very patient and answered all of my questions, sometimes answering the same one twice. Our home was built in the 1800's and the owners before us didn't take very good care of it, Patrick and his team helped us get the well straight as well as giving us advice on other issues. They took the time to do extra things they didn't have to do. They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the mess my husband made. I can't say enough about this wonderful company!
