Vince did a fantastic job for us. First he spent a significant amount of time on the phone with the representative from Delta convincing them that a leak in our bathroom facet was not from a part but a manufacturing flaw in the unit. Based on his explanation they sent a total faucet replacement free of charge and Vince returned a few day later to install it. Quick and clean he did the job with his assistant Nick and leak is gone! Vince came out at an agreed earlier time then originally planned. The work was to replenish my water treatment tank. Vince removed the tank and thoroughly cleaned out the sediment and replenished the tank for a new year. He was prompt, polite and professional at his job. I highly recommend Frank at Reed&Son for vanity installations but gathering from what he had to fix or adjust to get this vanity in and working I'd say he could fix any plumbing-associated problem. When he came to my house to give me an estimate on the vanity, I also asked him about the slow drains in my basement. He not only told me what it was, he fixed and charged me nothing. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity he could have said it was something serious and would be expensive to repair. I am a customer of theirs for as long as I live in Carroll county. The materials used were not the same and did not cover the previous. I was told the sink was scratched from previous part but was able to remove with baking powder. the toilet was reset knowing the boards underneath needed replaced and it bolted and it now loose again. the body of the toilet now has a chip that was not there. 10/04/17 |

Reed and sons did a great job with my plumbing repair. They were timely and Vince was very easy to work with. He was knowledgeable and offered explanations of each step as he made repairs. He was great about keeping the repair clean and offered tips on how to repair my drywall. Payment and estimates were easy and reasonable. I Sent an IM Monday evening (after hours) and a person called me within 5 minutes to schedule the appointment. They called on day of appointment and were able to come early. Wonderful! Frank provided full, detailed explanations of what he was doing and all about the existing system we had (well/septic/water neutralizer and softener system) in an understandable way. He tested water PH and the hardness/softness of the water right in front of us and explained everything in a very detailed manner! First time using them...they were rated all A's on Angie's List and two neighbors use them and love them. So glad we finally found them...wish we had found this company when we first moved in. Didn't try to sell us on anything and really focused on EDUCATING us. Never knew there was quite so much to our system! Will be back!!! Thank you. Frank. 09/29/17 |

Mark and Vince did a really good job moving our hose bib. They were particularly helpful and patient showing me how to drain the pipes when winter approaches. The way they installed the new bib was direct and did not interfere with the renovation under way with our sun room. I would not hesitate to call Reed & Son Plumbers in the future should the need arise, and if the need arises, I would be pleased to have Mark and Vince do the work. Thank you for a job well done! I give Mark and Vince my highest recommendation. That's a 5 star rating!!

Pat Reed runs a top notch company! He is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very competitive in price.
Vince spent the day doing 2 different jobs and couldn't have been more professional. Does a clean job, covers everything, cleans up and has a great personality.
Love the fact you receive an email with a picture of the worker so you know who to expect.

Owner came to the house he took care of the problem water heater started working he didn't charge us any fee he made sure system was working ok before he left . I am looking forward to them having install new water filtering until at last week of September. He went over and above he checked our water quality told us we have very good water did give us to add water softener system but don't have its up us . Mr. Reed was not pushy sales person he made us feel like he was looking after our interest not sell us some product.
Thank you Mr. Reed I would recommend everyone to call Reeds Brothers before having any work done you will be very happy with their work and service.sorry I meant REEDS & SONS
