I am not one for posting feedback on line. Mark was very thorough. Arrived in time, actually a few minutes early, diagnosed the problem and fixed it (a new hot water heater). He found another issue which he said would be evaluated few of charge for possible repair or replacement. Very nice, friendly, left nothing for me to clean up. Very disappointed he didn't come prepared to work. This is first time I have ever had a plumber come who didn't spend time "fixing" some problems. Instead he was like a salesperson, which is ok but I should have been told in advance of this. I had set aside the whole day to be here while he worked.
The estimate sent to me I cannot understand. It is confusing. In my opinion based on other plumbing companies I have used, your prices are too high. I'm sorry it didn't work out. (I have not had any work done due to unemployment, and a huge tree crashing thru my home. Everything is on hold) 07/07/17 |
