The two guys from Reed and Son arrived within their scheduled two hour window. They were polite, cheerful, neat and professionally dressed. I had dropped an object down a toilet and it had lodged in the trap. Rather than pull the toilet up to get it out, they were able to fish it out with an auger in about 10 minutes. Great job. Good experience with Ree and Son. I've used them before and i'll use then again.

Patrick Reed has been my go to for ALL plumbing needs for years. I know I can count on Patrick to be honest with his advice and to go over and above to get the job done right in a timely fashion.
I'm a research specialist for Howard County Library System and am often asked for service referrals. I have recommended Reed & Son to many people. Every one of them has come back to tell me they were 100% pleased with the work & the friendly, on-time, honest service.

Vince came out to help with an outside hose bib that would not turn off completely. He explained the job prior to beginning and quickly got to work. The job was completed with complete satisfaction. While he was here, we discussed another concern that I had and we made an appointment for him to come back next week after the parts needed are available. He was a total professional. Vince Rednowers came out today at the time we had set up to discuss the water treatment equipment I needed to have installed. He was completely knowledgeable about our water condtions and the equipment. He was able to do the installation today. He explained how the equipment worked and did a beautiful job installing it in a very tight space. He hauled away the old equipment and cleaned up after he was done, even down to sweeping the floor. so disappointed with Service, he couldn't find what was wrong with leaking in my Living room Ceiling. He thought it was Air Condition system. I have called another Company and they came out and fixed it in less then 10 Min. You have charged me $275.00 without the solution. the other Co. came out and fixed it in 10 min. and charged $80.00.

Great Service and fair pricing! This is 2nd time we have called Reed & Son Services and we have been very pleased each time. Both times they have come same day as called and promptly and efficiently fixed our plumbing issues. In addition, they are very polite when calling on the phone and in person.
