I needed to change my stuck well sediment filter and have to have our water tested since we recently moved to the country.
One of Reed & Son's plumbers (Frank) was able to come the same day I called, he was friendly and knew his trade.
He diagnosed my problem, gave me the advice I needed to change my filter, practically changed it for me, did a water test and gave me an estimate on how could improve our system all for free.
Now considering what further work we will do and who will do it they most likely have already won me over by the outstanding service that they delivered Frank today! Frank. 02/13/18 |

Hi Patrick,
While our furnace seemed to be working well since you were here, it has run continuously almost every day. We turned on our fireplace for a couple of days and the furnace actually stopped for an hour or so. But in the last couple of days we just let it run and this morning the system that you fixed is bubbling again. You suggested that a change was needed and place let me know when that can be done. Last night my son & daughter in law's gas-fired water heater started leaking. A quick after hours call to Reed & Son Services - it is replaced by 9:30 the next morning! Master plumber Mark and apprentice Nick arrived early and set about the task - making sure to keep the house clean as they worked. I had Vincent, my call to Reed & Son Services was last minute call from morning and Vincent came around 9 am, he did wonderful job! the job isn't done but will come back to finish up the service soon. I'm very pleased with this company! I got a reasonable price quote from Vincent for the work to be done from Reed and Son. On the day of work, Vincent & his young apprentice arrived on time and were ready to work. They had a very cheerful attitude and were highly knowledgeable about their craft. Vincent explained everything that he was going to do and showed me all of his work after he finished. After installing a new hot water heater, he even cleaned up after finishing his work and left the place cleaner than it was before. It took a long time for the men to find the location of the problem. They found a leak in my well. It was a very involved problem, but when they dug up about 4 feet of my well, they found the defective part. Everything works great now. The only thing that hurt was the bill. Mark. 12/05/17 |
