He did an excellent job at changing the valve however he made several dents in my dryer by standing on it to get to the valve , he then attempted to fix the dents and it looks like the dryer was beat by a hammer a lot . He discounted the bill by 15.00 . 04/21/17 |

Patrick and his crew did a great job from start to finish. The sewer line from my house had backed up and the original plumber that came out and ran a camera quoted me $17,000 to trench and repair the line. Patrick came out on a Saturday to take a look at the job, came back that Monday to investigate with his own camera, and came up with a much more reasonable estimate. They were here the following week to break ground. They worked down to the root of the problem, worked fast and efficiently and got the job done in 1/2 a day. The scope of the project ended up being less than originally estimated and he adjusted his original quote accordingly without me asking. They were professional, respectful of my time and property, fairly priced (we got 3 estimates), prompt, and reliable. I will definitely recommend them and continue to use them. Unfortunately I have had to use Reed and sons 4 times in the past 2 years for some fairly major work. Each and every staff member has been punctual, polite, and professional. All took the time to answer questions, offer tips for dealing with smaller issues/maintenance on my own, and more. I work as a chief for a parks system locally and deal with contractors every week...Reed and Son honestly stands out with the best of them. Obvious small town, family business makes the difference. This is the 2nd time I have used Reed and Son Services. Vince came the first time and this time it was Mark. They were able to get out to me quickly which is great when dealing with water and leaks. Vince showed up on time and quickly found the leak. Realizing there was water damage and further repairs would be needed, he called Patrick and he also came. They repaired the leak and also made a direct call to the Flood Department for us and had them there within the next hour to take care of the water damage.

Vince is a top technician when it comes to plumbing issues. On a prior visit, he replaced my well pump in minimum time. Today he replaced a positemp cartridge in my shower faucet. while it resisted coming free from the cartridge, Vince used his vast knowledge to solve the issue and restored the faucet to 100% capacity in less than one hour. Reed and Sons installed new water heater for us a couple of years ago...great , pro job. Just had Vince come out for service call and he replaced water pump switch which was clogged with sediment. Vince very friendly, professional and knows his stuff. Walked me through repair issue possibilities and he narrowed it down to switch so we didn't need to swap out tanks or semi new pump which saved time and $$. Highly recommend Reed and Sons for any repair needs.
