Ryan had been to my home previously to check my heating system. He determined there was a problem with the condenser and offered me two options. Replace the rusty parts or get a whole new condenser. I decided to go new. When the new one came in, Debbie called to set up a day for installation. Soon after Ryan and Kollin arrived and quietly, unobtrusively they went to work. In spite of the rain that day, they left my house so no one would know they'd been there. Just great. I look forward to their return in the summer to check out mt air conditioning! Rich T. and Jack P. came as a follow-up appointment from almost two weeks ago. At that time, Rich came alone to check my plumbing. He recommended my hot water heater be flushed, a drain plug needed replacing and I asked for a new toilet. When the new toilet arrived, Rich and Jack came to do the installation and complete the other tasks that needed follow-up. They were very friendly, pleasant and worked efficiently. A plumber from PANN just left after doing the annual servicing of our tankless water heater. He was polite, competent and didn't try to sell us additional services. Pam Services arrived as planned , did a thorough check on plumbing fixtures and reported a problem for consideration of possible problem in future. Luis and Frank donned foot coverings and respected the entire house so no dirt was tracked in, very professional. Thanks guys, great job ! I have been using Pann Home Services for more than twenty years. They maintain my home in excellent repair, the plumbing, the heating system, and many other items. Their people are unfailingly professional in the work they do, which is of the highest quality, and they are invariably courteous, considerate, and respectful.
I recently had some plumbing work done by Jack and Rich. The job took them several hours over two days, but I am totally satisfied with the results. I have written about Rich in a previous review. This time I want to single out Jack. He has a friendly manner and is most accommodating, and the words I used earlier -- courteous, considerate, and respectful -- fully apply. Jack P. 03/21/17 |

We have used Pann Home Services many times, and recently Luis helped us get started with replacing our toilet. He was prompt, efficient and friendly, and while he was not able to actually do the replacement in that first appointment, he fully assessed our situation, helped us choose the equipment we wanted, wrote up the sale and arranged for the actual installation that was done by Tim a couple days later. While this job was not an emergency for us but rather more of a pleasure, we have also used Pann in emergency situations, and found them to be responsive and reliable. We first found them by seeing their trucks driving in our area about 20 years ago, and have been very glad over the years to know who we can trust for plumbing and heating needs. Luis T. 03/21/17 |

Rich and Jack came to our house this morning to inspect our heating system and our plumbing. They were thorough and considerate in their inspection and gave us many valuable suggestions. They went out of their way to inform us of what they were doing and why. They are wonderful people.

They came within the time frame; they were courteous and professional, and they explained what they were doing clearly. I called Pann because I had an issue with my gas fireplace. It took awhile to get an appointment (over a month, maybe 2), so I wish the wait weren't that long. However, once Ryan and Kollin were here, they did a thorough job of explaining the issue, fixing everything, making sure it was in good shape going forward, and telling me what maintenance to do going forward. i think they did a good job but it too too expensive from the service fees to the labour charge .so try to buy the part yourself rather than they buy for you and they charge you too much for the parts and read the review and compare with the other companies before you hire them ,this is my first and last to hire them and never ever refer anyone because of the expensive. Rich from Pann Home Services came out after my water heater broke and flooded my basement. He was professional, informative and I felt very comfortable knowing that I was getting all of the "right" information. I signed up for the Protection Plan as I don't need any more headaches for a while. I like that it's a family-run business and I feel as though they are not going to overcharge me. I have been using PANN Home Services for over 2 years and the experience has always been great. The best part is they have a whole team of professionals to handle the job from start to finish.
I had a water heater leak so the plumber came to replace. When the old one wouldn't fit thru the closet door a carpenter was here in less than an hour to dismantle the door. Waited for the work to be done then reassembled the door.

Pann installed a new part to a gas fireplace in Sept. which in mid Dec I discovered didn't work. When called for repair in mid Dec they could not send someone until mid Jan. I could not ask for better service! I have used Pann for home services for about 15 years. In this situation, I contacted them on 1/2 about a problem with my furnace. Ryan came out the next day and determined that I would need to replace the furnace. Ryan and Kollin came today and installed the new unit - they were pleasant and professional and left the basement spotless. My new furnace is working just fine. I really appreciate how quickly they were able to provide installation. Everyone involved, the team in the office, as well as Ryan and Kollin were easy to work with, very responsive and helpful.
