Ryan was great. He was very professional & knowledgeable. We just moved into our new condo & has no idea how to even turn on our old gas fireplace. It was such a pleasure dealing with Rich and Jack of Pann Home Services of Cambridge Massachusetts. They install a tankless hot water heater in very tight quarters in a utility closet of my home. Bill & his co-workers were great--efficient, professional. And they clearly explained what the cause was of my bathroom leak--and what needs to be done. In this case, the fault was from another neighbor's plumbing. I was able to give exact instructions to my neighbor, so she can relay it to her own plumber.
They welcomed all of my questions.

I have been using Pann Home Services for my plumbing needs for years as their service has always been top knotch!! I had a repeat kitchen sink drainage issue that Luiz had been to my home before to remedy. It appears to be a constant problem as the pipes linking my sink and disposal met at a 't" formation that always accumulated residue which eventually made the sink drain slow. Luiz recommended that the pipes be configured separately with a little wider pipe that would solve my problem. Luiz and Shane solved my problem!! Luiz is very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Matt was fantastic. He arrived on-time, and did a full assessment of my home's plumbing needs. He then estimated the cost for each of these jobs, and I was then able to prioritize the sequence of the jobs for this visit, and then for subsequent visits. He worked all day diligently, showed great care and cleanliness and completed the entire list. I'm looking forward to working with him again when he comes to complete the final jobs on my punch list. After a bad experience from another company, Rich took the time to walk me through every step of the (tankless water heater) diagnostic process and explain the issue, the cause, my options, and the pros/cons of each.
In addition to be professional and courteous Rich was able to quickly locate the source of the issue which the previous company was unable to find (after racking up $600 worth of fees).

Ryan was great, but we are going to look for another company. In the end of 2013 we had a unit replaced by your company. 3.5 years later Ryan told me that we need a $1500 fix because the outdoor disconect is shot due to water getting into it. Interesting as I had one of your people come look at it specifically a while ago, while it was still in the covered period, he did nothing, did not even tell me this was an issue. In addition, it is an old style run capacitor with a booster which Ryan told me is harder on the condenser. We have had trouble with this unit from day 1. As I am a couple of years out from replacing our two other units we will be looking for a company that takes greater responsibility for their work. Thank you 05/11/17 |

Scott and Andrew diagnosed the situation, showed me the alternatives, and then went about their tasks very professionally. They not only had to contend with the situation inside my home, but because my street was torn up due to all the water/sewer construction going on in my neighborhood, they couldn't come into my driveway and had to walk back and forth to their truck. The price was way too high for the work to be done.366.35 to fill in a very small hole in concrete stairs and more than 100 dollars to paint that section only of the stairs.All together $457.08 TO DO JOB.i have since got 3 estimates from people who do masonry work they said price way to high . 04/29/17 |
