Great job Val with troubleshooting heating issues. We are so glad that you work from the least to the greatest issue in resolving our problem. Scheduled my yearly furnace checkup. PacAire rep John G was on time and professional. Notified me of a filter change required since the existing one was 2yrs old. Ken was the nicest guy and we were so happy to have him here in our home. I am very particular and often assume I am going to be taken advantage of. This was not the case with Ken. He showed me what he was doing and finding at every step and did an extremely thorough job. He left things cleaner than he found it and gave me tips on how to make my system work even better.
