Their technicians are always pleasant and professional. Today we had Chris Dock. I like that they wear foot covers to not track dirt into your house. I like that they ask before they do the service if you have any questions or concerns. I'm glad we have the service that includes them coming out twice a year to keep an eye on the heating/ cooling system. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed service or a new system. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the tech.(I spent many years doing similar work on a different type of equipment, but the basics were the same, so I was familiar with the process.) Anthony was respectful, knowledgable, punctual, and clean! Thank you for carefully navigating through our home (over toys and around dogs) and wearing shoe covers; as a mom of two little ones who play on the floor, I truly appreciated that attention to detail. Anthony worked very hard to clean our vents, replace out all the air filters, service our AC/furnace, and very simply laid out the maintenance plans we could choose from to keep our AC running smoothly. As members, we get lots of great discounts, but I appreciate that he took his time to ensure we got what we needed and understood how our system was working. Frederick is one of the most professional technicians I have ever met. He explained in detail the 20 point tune-up and cleaning procedure for our air conditioning system. He pointed out the problems and discussed the options for repair. He also showed us the membership options for service. This time was no exception, George Fimbres was not only did an excellent job but introduced me to a new accessory, Cool Cap. This device is simply genus & will save me a lot of time covering & uncovering my A/C unit. Additionally the leaves off my live oak tree, which fall all year long, now will not get into my unit! Interesting . . . That is all I am going to say in regards to my experience because; I don't particularly like the idea of having workers reviews posted Publically. It seems to me to be a negative way of doing things, kind of like you are trying to embarrass them by their knowing their work experience will be out there for all to see. I know I certainly wouldn't like it at my place of business. I would much prefer ( and I'm sure the workers would too ) if the reviews went directly to the company's mid to top management instead. Ryan Peck did a yearly inspection for the heating and air conditioning units in my house. He spent over 3 hours making sure the units were in top working condition. He was extremely efficient in dealing with their functioning. On one occasion, he even called the manufacturer of the units to confirm the settings.

When the service guy discovered something he suspected was unsafe for my home, he called out his supervisor to double check. Both gentlemen explained everything, answered all my questions and made sure everything was covered before I made my purchase.
