We give Jawon S. and Jimmy five stars for the installation of the heating/cooling mini split system. Our all electric home will have reduced heating and cooling costs because of the use of the heat pump vs. resistance heating. We are thrilled with the whisper quiet units and their streamlined look blending seamlessly in each room. The exterior piping matches well with our house trim and the heat pumps are not obtrusive. Jawon S. and Jimmy were the ultimate professionals. They were knowledgeable answering all of our questions about the installation and product operation in detail. They were skilled technicians, tackling a big project in three days. Whether working inside or outside the house you barely knew the were around, being the polite, respectful, helpful and quiet experts that they were. The worksite was orderly at the end of each day and absolutely no cleanup was necessary by us. We recommend N.E.T.R. INC. and in particular Jawon S. and Jimmy without hesitation. Jawon S. 07/12/19 |

Mr. Ray Fitzpatrick arrived on time at 8:35 AM on July 9, 2019 to service our four indoor head units and the outside compressor. He was neat and careful in and around our property. Ray was thorough in his maintenance and took time to explain the procedures he was performing. He answered our questions so we could understand both what he was doing and what we could do to maintain the equipment in peak operating condition. Mr. Fitzpatrick was convivial in all aspects during his visit. We are very happy with all of the staff at NETR, Inc. The split unit air conditioning system has been a wonderful addition to our home. We worked with N.E.T.R. to install ductless AC (mini-splits) in four areas of our 100-year-old house. We were very impressed by Jerry, Jason and Ivan's professionalism, speed and efficiency (even during a day of heavy rain), and by how neat and clean the work area was when they were finished. During the site visit and estimating process, Chip was also very knowledgeable and responsive. This review is about Ray Fitzgerald who came to clean my Mr. Slim units (5 of them) and 2 Condensers. I’ve had these for 7 years and this is the first time that someone has thoroughly cleaned them (top to bottom). The previous technicians never bothered to open up the whole units and really get in there. All they did was wash the filters. There was mold and a lot of dirt, which had been there a while, even though we have these cleaned every year. In my estimation, I have spent close to $2,000 to have this clean-up done since 2012 ... it’s not cheap, believe me.
Ray took special steps to thoroughly clean everything. He was great. He is also a very nice man ... he kept me and my sister in stitches telling us a few corny jokes (don’t quit your day job, Ray ... just kidding). I advise NETR, Inc. to have Ray train all the other technicians on how to do a better job when they clean other customers’ units ... I am sure that there are others who have had a similar experience.

Ray was faced with what should have been the routine jobs of servicing our Daikin air conditioner and replacing a defective part. However, Daikin is not designed for ease of servicing, and I was impressed how persistent Ray was in making sure the job got done. In effect, instead of this being routine, Ray was re-building one of our units from a heap of parts. I am very glad that Ray stuck at it, and would not recommend Daikin in the future because I could see what Ray had to get through. Ray F. 05/29/19 |

From initial consultation to completion, NETR is the best company I've dealt with. Cesar and Christian spent three days to make sure everything was installed properly and functioning as they should be. Derek helped with electrical work and was very pleasant to deal with, as well. When it finally all happened after some unexpected delays on our part to get necessary electrical service upgrades, the NETR crew was on time, intelligent, considerate, and paid attention to details. Perfectly professional and with a camaraderie that could only be there if they all trust each other's competence; led by Jeff D., the 3 - 4 man crew managed to get everything done in the allotted three day installation window with time to spare. And left us with no mess to clean up other than a little plaster dust that the subcontractor electrician (otherwise neat & tidy) left behind. Seriously, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the crew, the subcontractor electrician, and NETR office team backing them up -- all very organized and competent -- right down to the detail of asking me for an honest review! Ray Fitzpatrick came from N.E.T.R. to perform spring cleaning and check of an A/C -Mitsubishi Mr. Slim. Ray was personable and polite and thorough in everything he did. My A/C needs new filters, since the old are somewhat worn and falling apart. Since he did not have any in his truck, it was decided that they would be mailed to me and I will install them myself. Since I have removed and installed these several times, I will be able to install them myself.
