The end was much better than the beginning of this experience. I originally called Mr. Rooter for emergency leak that occurred as I was leaving for vacation11/19. They supposed to be there, that day, but didn’t make it until the next day. My young adult daughter called today the bill was $600. I was shocked that they didn’t talk to me to discuss the repairs before doing them. For some reason, I ended up with a new kitchen faucet during this process. So that same faucet that they selected broke and they found that it was under warranty and had it shipped to my home, but stated it would be a $151 fee to install and failed faucet, that they selected. I was beyond upset! The rep stated his manager would call me but didn’t, so I called and left a couple messages, asked for his manager and the reception was very reluctant to offer me that information. I received many updates via phone. Once the sink was delivered it took 2 days to get someone out to repair. Which I did receive a call from the manager and he didn’t charge the $151. I called Mr Rooter for my kitchen sink drain...I had been trying other things for about 2 weeks to no avail...they sent Cory J. and he gave me an estimate and got right to work clearing my drain with a cable. I had been trying different products for 2 weeks to fix my kitchen sink drain...I finally called Mr.Rooter , as they had worked for me years ago and
I was pleased in the past. They sent a young man named Cory J. and he ran a cable that cleared my drain ….I only wish I had called sooner. I was so impressed with his knowledge and speed to look over the situation , give me an estimate and get right to the process of fixing my drain. Lisa was great at taking my calls and hearing what the issues were and following up. Aaron came out and worked on the issues and did a great job. He was friendly, thorough, did a nice job explaining what he was doing and also made future recommendations. He thought outside the box on how to problem solve the 2nd issue and provided estimates on the options. He ultimately was able to help solve the issue without needing to go to plan B. I appreciated him letting me know what the options and estimates were even though we didn't end up needing it. Great customer service from start to finish! I was taken back the lack of resources to help a customer.. I have hired several companies and they have given many options to help customers who cannot afford large amounts or qualify for financing- I felt humiliated when I didn’t qualify in business your in it to make money but not humiliate someone and charge them ridiculous amounts to line your own pockets.. small customers speak volumes, and to me I was very taken back.. Rodney was a nice technician, respectful, supervisors to learn to be curteous and helpful not charge ridiculous money, I will tale my business elsewhere- I don’t like feeling less than worth a companies business because I don’t have thousands of dollars.. Excellent customer service! After submitting the service request form online, I was called within 5 minutes to set up an appointment for the very next day (same day service was also available). Once again Mr. Rooter arrived within hours of placing the call & fixed our plumbing problem. Because we are a retail business, we cannot afford to be out of service during business hours. The only reason I gave more than 1 star is because of the professionalism of the Technician who came out. I called on 2-15-2020 to schedule a visit to get an ESTIMATE for a new shower install. I was given to time of 6-8pm today 2-17-2020. I got a call at 5:23pm, after I had already reorganized my day to accommodate this, stating the didnt have a qualified technician available this evening. Being a service manager myself, I know how this stuff works. The service manager agreed to send someone out after 2 phone calls and 45 minutes of arguing with me and making excuses. Chris was very professional. He was a great ambassador of mr Rooter. He could be your companies face. His superb customer service skills made my experience with mr rooter extremely pleasant. . What I like most about mr rooter is that they stand by there work and they make things right if needed. The original schedule tech was delayed, so they substituted "Cody B", who arrived in minutes from the time I was notified that he was coming. He was professional and courteous. The overall job was above my expectations. I had 2 water hose bibs/exterior faucets that were 24 years old, leaked when running, and one had a crack in the pipe (probably from freeze damage). One of them *might* could have been fixed with new gaskets, but I do not like putting new gaskets on equipment of this age, especially when the housing was of a plastic material (like lipstick on a turd, in my opinion). Mr. Rooter Co. replaced them with top-of-the-line exterior faucets. They were costly, but of the highest quality, and I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for", at least when it comes to equipment. CODY B. 02/05/20 |

Ray from Mr. Rooter arrived on time and did a very fast, efficient job of replacing the Hot Water valve just downstream of my Hot Water heater. He explained everything he planned to do and executed professionally. As a bonus, he answered some general plumbing questions which will be helpful as I complete a pending DIY project. Mitch...professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable. He came to “fix” my non-draining dishwasher. No repair needed, just a kink in the hose. No charge!
Better than that...he noticed some unfinished work (from previous service). He seemed very dissatisfied and “cleaned” things up.
It is obvious, Mitch is invested, both in his work, and the company. It was nice to have a service person, so polite and passionate about his job and the service he provides!

I had requested that Adam C. stop at my home to inspect the work that was performed by one of the plumbers. We discussed and agreed that some of the work wasn't up to their standards and Adam indicated that he would immediately take care of the situation. The problems were resolved and everything seems to be working well.

Will Huffman did an excellent job replacing a clogged drain line at my home. The repair required a number of components besides the main drain line including a new discharge for the washing machine and replacing the drain pipe from the utility sink.
