When the first tech couldn’t figure something out, he called his supervisor, who also came on site. Both were polite and concerned over my problem - our pipe which the washing machine drains into is too narrow to hold all the water and it bubbles up into the basement shower. I am very pleased with the service received from Mr. Rooter employee Conner. He was outgoing, polite, respectful and very honest re: the issue with the drain. He worked diligently on the system, found the issue and explained it clearly. He was later assisted by Jet, also polite and respectful, both showing empathy because of the system’s needs. I also appreciate being continually informed by the home office of the arrival time of Conner to the work site. Thier services were efficient and friendly. They sent email with a picture of who was coming and the time they would be here. Call mr. Rooter at 7:15 a.m. . Within an hour eye technician what sound. A nice young man very pleasant and very knowledgeable explain the situation and how to fix the problem. His name was Corey. Thanks Cory for a job well done. Corey had the job done within an hour and a half and that was even after allowing some time to obtain the product. I would definitely recommend mr. Rooter. After our basement flooded from late March heavy rains, we have been cleaning up, painting ever since. This morning, main drain started backing up as washer was draining. Not wanting a repeat, we called Mr. Rooter, and they had a technician out in an hour, although they thought it would be several. Pleased with the entire experience. I called Mr. Rooter when another company never got back with me after 2 days. The person who answered the phone was very courteous and explained how things would work and a technician was out in less than 2 hours after I called. Jason examined the problem and gave an honest appraisal of what needed to be done to fix it and then proceeded to fix the problem. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need and even showed me how I could troubleshoot the issue if it happened again. I was very pleased with the service and Jason's professional attitude. I was hesitant to use Mr. Rooter as I thought it would be a large company that would try to get me to buy a lot of additional services but that was not the case here. Ray worked at my home without stopping until all work was completed. I was very satisfied with the quality of work he did in installing a new toilet and outi side faucet. They were super quick to reply to an online quote request and showed up that evening. BUT...Way overpriced for a new water tank. When we called to cancel they offered to take additional money off. They were still over the market cost for the products and services. I also think it is funny that they instantly were willing to drop the price when we said we went with someone else local. Bad business. Quoted over $2,200 for a new tank and valve. The service guy was professional and kind and this shouldn't reflect him as I'm sure the numbers are driven by the company. It’s not that I don’t recommend them they did a awesome job ( a little pricey) Didn’t care for Customer service afterwards . Jimmy C was awesome he wrote proposal, so when the crew come out to perform the work and the crew leader Dig J come to collect the remaining balance my son had asked if it was the same price or cheaper ( as it was explained to us if it was a easier then proposed would cost less , harder it could be more ) . Needless to say the man laughed in my sons face in he’s home and said no this is the price and we don’t do that as charging less then the proposal. I could not have ask for better service . To call on Saturday and get someone to come and end up replacing our hot water heater we are so happy . Steve did an excellent job cleaning out the drains and replacing the exterior pipe leading to the septic. He analyzed what was wrong and explained it thoroughly showing me the vision of the camera in the pipe. He was very detailed in his work and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with what he did. I had Mr. Rooter come to my home after my basement flooded. Fixing the problem requires replacement of a sump pump, as well as installation of all new underground drainage pipes from my sump pump and all of my downspouts. The technician was at my house within 60 minutes. Once he saw the condition of my underground pipes with his camera, a field supervisor was out within minutes. Both gentlemen were very professional and made recommendations for remedying my complicated drainage situation. I had a new sump pump installed within 3 hours of my initial call, and had all new underground pipes installed 4 days later.
