and I was asking to pay $623.77 for an power water flush to un-clog the the main line I agree to do that the tech Zack warranty that this process will solve the cloged pipe and told me that i can pay and live with no worries everything will be clear out and be fix to be work properly !!!
I left ....to my sorprise receive a phone call from Zack , he request another $180.00 !! extra money to complete the job that suposly that will solve the problem I was told to pay in advance and live and then receive a ph call that the presion water did not solve the problem so I have to pay that an amount of money to have the minimun of the house funtion !!! I had a leak in my hot water tank. Water on the floor and also on top of the tank. Pressure valve failed. I called Mr. Plumber and they were at my house in a couple of hours same day. This was my first experience with Mr. Rooter and I have been very pleased and impressed with every aspect of their services. They arrived within hours of my first call to assess the problem. As it turned out, it was a big job. They made all the arrangements to repair the problem and when they returned they hung in there until the repairs were completed (13 hours on site). Their employees were very friendly and professional. They carefully explained everything they had to do to fix the problem in advance as well as while they proceeded with the repairs. Corey came the same day that I called and replaced the kitchen garbage disposal and snaked the drain which had stopped up. He was very professional, courteous, and thorough. He answered all questions and even volunteered much helpful advice. I would highly recommend him based on my experience even though I was somewhat surprised at the cost of the repair/replacement.
