Mitch W. was absolutely awesome! Not only were they extremely quick to respond, he quoted a very fair price and then performed the work efficiently and completely. He explained exactly what he was going to do, then answered all the questions that I had. He even offered to stick around while I finished up the rest of my project while he was awaiting his next job.
Since this was an unplanned “emergency” call, it really could not have gone any better. I called on a Saturday at 12:30pm, they arrived by 1pm and were finished by 1:45! It was a very positive experience and I will be a return customer the next time I DIY myself into an issue. MITCH W. 01/18/20 |

Our technician was very polite, and when he arrived early, asked if I would prefer he wait in the truck until the scheduled appointment time, or start working. The technician quickly assessed the situation and presented a digital statement of the ”cost of repair” for my approval before starting the repair. He repaired our leaky shower, even explaining and sending digital pictures documenting his work/replacement of parts. He worked in a timely fashion and left things as neat and clean as he found them. My wife Jenni and I were having an issue with our insurance company after Mr. Rooter completed work, repairing a broken sewage line at our home, caused by the construction company during the remodeling of our home.
Mark E, of Mr. Rooter, was outstanding! He wrote a full report with pictures of the broken sewage pipeline to the claim adjuster of the insurance company, clearly explaining the problem. Marks' assistance with the insurance company was a tremendous help in getting our insurance issue resolved.
Playing football under coach Woody Hayes in the mid-seventies; at Ohio State University, he always said, you win with people, and Mr. Rooter is a company surrounded by great people!

I had water in my basement and they were prompt in coming out even though it was a holiday. They cleared the drain line inside on that day and then came back the following week to clear the outside sewer drain. In preparation for a new washing machine I needed the supply valves replaced and a laundry tub faucet replaced as well. Cody was punctual, for a first call, which was greatly appreciated. He explained the work to be done, made a recommendation which was helpful, and completed the work very quickly. Very impressed with him, and the work he did. Amazing company I have used several times. But this last time they went above and beyond to do all they could for me during a time where I had just lost my father and of all things needed major work done on collapsed pipes. Alex was wonderful in working with me and the Team of excavation men did a amazing job by avoiding tearing up my deck ( which my father built) and still getting the job done. Mr Rooter is the best. The service man did a fine job. I did have two issues, one was the overall price, and did not receive the correct credit for the coupon I had. The total price was for unplugging a toilet, and shortening the discharge pipe on my sump pump, and fixing the sump pump drain pipe on the outside of the house so the rubber fitting would fit better. My credit coupon was for $58.00, but on the e-mail invoice, the credit was for $57.00. With the discount, the total came to $384.88 for the job. The professionals I spoke to prior to the dig were great. But the people who came out and performed the dig were not up to standard. On Christmas Eve, I had to have a 4ft section of pipe dug out of my backyard and replaced. These guys left pizza boxes & trash scattered everywhere. Billy and Chris arrived at my house with in the hour of my initial call. They came prepared with shoe covers and they were very pleasant and courteous. Very friendly. I was thankful to have the come out on Christmas Eve my bathroom sink had a small leak that ended up with water all over the place, when the shut off valve failed to work. I was very distraught so very close to Christmas. I was so very glad to see them. There price was fair and there work is very professional. I am much relieved, and very happy with the service.

I called Mr. Rooter last week because my bathroom pipes were leaking into my dining room ceiling. They were very professional and thorough. They were in and out of my home for 4 days and kept me informed of everything they were doing and what needed to be done to fix and correct the problems. I was so worried about everything but they put me at ease and took care of it. I was very impressed with the service and all of the guys who worked on the job. Called to clear a clogged toilet drain. Paid almost a $1000. to replace the toilet which they said was the problem. It needed a flange and some pipe to install.
