Excellent fast service. I had a leak under the kitchen sink and called Mr. Rooter. They had a service technician out within an hour. I had a pipe burst New Years Day. Thank God for Mr. Rooter! They answered my frantic call and sent someone right over. This was my first time using Mr. Rooter. I am so thankful to have called them. Same day service- exceptional. I had huge leak in my basement that prevented me from using my kitchen sink and bathtub. Called Mr. Rooter Columbus for a leaking hot water tank and they responded within an hour. Their plumber, Martin S. was very professional and did a great job. The service by Earl was great!!! The problem was I took off work to be at the scheduled appointment time of Friday 6-8, only to receive a phone call at 725 saying they wouldn't be able to come out until Saturday between 11-1. Well, got another call Saturday at 1250 saying they were running behind. Earl finally arrived at 135. I will not be using Mr. Rooter again because my time is valuable, and missing 2 appointments is unacceptable. 12/05/16 |

Sam came out on THANKSGIVING DAY to help us with a leaky overflow/waste assembly on our tub. He quickly diagnosed the problem and proposed a solution. The price was completely reasonable, especially considering it was a holiday. They don't change their rates for that! Sam was helpful, friendly and courteous throughout the process and he even helped me put the room where our access panel is located back together. Martin S**** was sent out to us by Mr. Rooter/Mr. Electric on Thanksgiving morning. Our disposal had a developed a bad leak and was not working which would have made Thanksgiving food prep and service for our family very tough. Martin was on time and arrived around 8 am. He was very friendly, very nice, very professional and very efficient, diagnosing the problem right away and having it fixed and running properly within an hour. Since moving to Dublin OH we have used Mr. Rooter for plumbing work. Chad R. came out this time and had to replace the disposal. While replacing the disposal he found that we had an additional problem and pointed it out to me. We discussed the pros and cons of fixing now or later. We had him fix the problem.
