So impressed with Mr Rooter!!! We had a real emergency and they were here within the hour. The young man (Dustin) was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. He couldn’t fix our problem immediately but he put a bandaid on it until he could come back bright and early the next morning. He explained everything in laymen’s terms and called in additional expertise who had the equipment he needed.

We had to have our finished basement jack hammered in order to diagnose an overflow problem. We have had 4 other sewage overflows over the past 6 years. Mr. Rooter finds the "root" of the problem so it can be solved for good and they give a lifetime warranty for their work! I want to talk about the crew that did our work. The work was completed over a span of 10 days it was such a HUGE major project. Our field worker that led this project was named Justin Holbert and we couldn't have been more pleased with his work and how he handled business. After 6 weeks of not having ANYONE in our home due to COVID-19 we suddenly have this emergency and have many workers working on this project. It was in our lower level and it would have been so much easier to come upstairs every time my husband or I was needed for a question or decision, but each and every time, Justin was respectful of the challenge and always went outside, around the house and rang the front doorbell so he wasn't entering the upper level space where we are living. He and his crew worked tirelessly for hours at a time, doing very physical labor with jack hammering concrete and some nights were here until 7:00 after a day that started early at 8:00. He was hard-working, extremely respectful and always kept my husband and I in the loop of how the project was going. He is coming back to clean our floors before we get the carpet reinstalled! Aaron came to fix a simple issue. I mentioned I was going to have an outside clean out installed to remove roots from the sewer line. He suggested a power jet to god the job vis the clean out in my basement instead. Saved me enough money that it paid for the new toilet I got recently plus the cost of the other plumber that would still have had to come. Matt was a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I give him 5 stars. However Mr. Rooter earns 3 stars. Matt took care of the water heater issue without any problem. He wasn't wearing a mask and I didn't know his Covid status; which is Mr. Rooter's fault for not protecting the customers better. I could have called another plumbing service but as the water heater repair progressed Matt discovered that I would need an electrician to install a faulty breaker. Matt rounded up a Mr. Electric electrician in our area and he cane over and installed the new breaker. I am happy with the repairs. Not happy with the lack of PPE worn by the technician. I called Mr. Rooter at approximately 8:30 AM on Tuesday (4/21). Approximately one hour later, Mitch showed up. I explained what the problem was and he gave me a price to clear the drain. He cleared the main drain and cleaned out the p-trap and we tested all the fixtures in the Master Bath to make sure everything was cleared.
Mitch was extremely polite, friendly and competent.
I DEFINITELY WILL USE MR. ROOTER AGAIN.
Thanks Mr. Rooter for getting to my home ASAP and thanks Mitch for doing a great job!

We had extensive damage with our main sewer drain line, both under the house and outside. Mr. Rooter hustled and changed worker schedules to get to us ASAP. Simultaneously, They had teams digging out the basement floor inside and digging out the main drain outside. Every one of them was polite, friendly, and willing to take time to answer questions and make suggestions.
