First of all, from a customer service standpoint, they were outstanding. They replied to my ******* **** request within 1 hour. They were on time to do the FREE estimate and called ahead. I can not speak on the quality/accuracy of their service since I decided not to go with them. The estimate to replace a warranted *****' water heater came back at over $1300. Within 10 minutes, they called me back and dropped the price to $1097. I have since received 3 other estimates ranging from 439.00 to 819.00. If you can not give your BEST price upfront, I can not trust you to be honest in case there are any issues that come up during the install. Audie R. 10/22/19 |

Dustin from Mr. Rooter came to my house today to advise me about a sewer odor in my basement. I have had three plumbers come to investigate this situation and of the three Dustin did the most professional and thorough examination. He was by far the most professional. After finding out where the leak was coming from, the water was shut off. When it was turned back on, the water pressure was not as strong as before. The technician said it was from sediment in the water line. He tried to remove the filter screen from the faucet but didn’t have the right size tool. So now I know what the problem is but I have reduced water pressure. The estimate seemed unreasonably high and I will probably buy the new faucet myself and pay to have it installed. Clogged toilet on a Sunday. Called Mr. Rooter they said between 3-5pm. Will showed up around 2:30pm. Very professional. Tried a couple things and each time he explained what he was going to do and the costs. Each time the thing he tried didn't work and he explained that there would be no charge for that attempt. He then removed the toilet and found that our remodeling contractor (we just had the bathroom done this summer) left the old wax ring on the toilet when he re-installed it on a new wax ring, thus causing the toilet to back up and other methods to fail when clearing it. Will re-installed the toilet with a new wax ring after removing the old ones. He cleaned up the area and left after being in our house for about 3 hours. And he had to hear us watching the Steelers game in the other room. Mr. Rooter is now our plumber! Will Huffman was great!! Will H. 10/07/19 |

I had a hydro jetting of a bit over 100 feet of our cast iron to clay main line. We had extensive root intrusion and Will did a fantastic job. He used a cam to guide where he jetted and far exceeded my expectations. He gave honest feedback about the condition of the line and I feel I have a plumbing crew I can trust.
