I was without heat over a frigid weekend and Mission Plumbing and Heating was extremely resourceful in rigging a temporary fix that allowed me to have heat until a full installation could be completed the following week. Recently we have had our furnace and air conditioning replaced with new units. Each time we were met with the nicest guys that explained everything so I could understand and gave us several options to choose from. Richard came out for several issues. I needed a new outside water hydrant, shut-off valve replaced in the bathroom, and a leaky valve in the basement. I was quite surprised at how quickly and efficiently he completed the work. Steve, with ease and confidence recommended the minisplit (which was my original idea for a solution). Eddie and Brian from Mission HCP came to our house to unclog our kitchen sink. We are so thankful that Eddie and Brian are so observant, while at our house they noticed a dishwasher line that was double in size and could have sprung a bad leak at any time if they had not caught it. They also researched the reason the sink was not draining correctly, told what it involved to fix it, the pricing and asked for our approval. The work was done, sink is fixed and dishwasher hose changed. They are both very knowledgeable, very courteous and cleaned up after the job, When they were done you would have never known they had been there! I've been using this company for the last 5 years and it is the ONLY company that I have used repeatedly for repairs. Initially only being a heating and cooling company, they were the ONLY company out of 7 that I called who would service my furnace located in my crawl space. They are always on time and they work efficiently so the job doesn't take too much time out of your day. EVERY person I have worked with or spoken to at this company has been friendly and seems genuinely happy to assist you! My most recent visit was my first use of their plumbing services. Eddie did a fantastic job! With only one bathroom, keeping it serviceable is a MUST in my household. He had the sink working again with no leaks in about 30 minutes. The best part - it works even better than it did when I first installed it! The staff is personable, friendly, and prompt. On top of that, for the service you get, the price can't be beat!
