i purchased a new furnace from Mission Plumbing,Heating&Cooling.The service techs Tom ,Steve H installed my furnace in a professional way and was concerned in my satisfaction. I have never been treated with more respect also they cleaned up there mess and hauled off the old furnace.I was totally amazed by the outcome of my new furnace and how well it worked.In addition the sales process from Craig was a pleasure.He did not sell me anything i did want also he got it financed for me, i was very pleased in the experience I had from the whole team. We had a issue with our furnace and Bryan found out that our furnace was pumping a high level of CO into our home and recommended a new furnace. Price was very fair and the service was OUTSTANDING! Bo and Tom did an excellent installation, They were on time, explained what they were going to do and were very courtesy. They did a professional install, cleaned everything up and took the time to explain furnace, air and thermostat.
Eddie did my estimate and was very professional. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me several options.

Almost three (3) years ago during the winter months my furnace stopped working. Which is probably the worst time to try and find someone to fix the problem without getting overcharged, misdiagnosing the problem, or basically not getting the furnace working properly. Went to the internet, and after reading a lot of reviews contacted a few companies but decided on Mission PHC. Have not been disappointed in their level of service, their response to plumbing, AC, and furnace issues and will continue utilize Mission PHC as my HVAC resource. Chad was assigned to install a Whole House Humidifier recently. Knowledgeable, thoughtful, and took extra care to place runners and explain each step in the install. Mission HPC was contacted by my daughter on a Sunday before a holiday because our furness quit working at 3am. Jim came out, inspected, and gave us options. Our system was hot water heat, and there are not a lot of plumbers who are knowledgeable about hot water heat. Jim was patient, friendly, knew all about our kind of heat. Jim went above and beyond to help me solve my plumbing issues in the kitchen for my Enagic Machine (which couldn't be figured out by other plumbers I had contacted). He recommended a whole house water purifier and softener system that solved our sediment problem as well as stinky and dirt-tasting water. At the same time we put in UV air scrubber, humidifier and dehumidifier for our furnace system. Very nice guy, and recommends useful upgrades if necessary. I had to get a new furnace, and dealt with another company whose serviceman was abrupt, condescending and borderline threatening (i.e. "Do you really want to endanger your family?") so a friend recommended Mission. I cannot say enough good things about them, from my first phone call to the office, right down to the installation and they helped me pick the furnace that was best for me (NOT the most expensive one, like some companies do). Eddie actually worked very hard just putting my quote together, as I was working two competitors against each other for better pricing. He got me a better deal by about $600. He scheduled my install very quickly, and both Bo and Chad were prompt and professional. Jim was GREAT! Overall, Mission Plumbing, heating and cooling saved the day. Having just had foot surgery and unable to walk, my husband found our hot water heater had flooded our basement. Upon a recommendation from a friend, I call Mission. My husband was cleaning up the flood and Mission said they could be there by 1 that day. 10 minutes later, they called back and said they'd be there by 9! by noon, we had a top of the line hot water heater, installed at a great price and hot water yet that day. Initially this was a winter furnace check which turned into replacement of the sewer main under the house because gas was detected, as it was split. Because both the a/c and furnace was at end-of-life and the furnance was corroded, I decided to replace both sooner rather than get into a pinch. The serviceman, Jeff?, spent the time needed explaining the details of the problems, options, prices and plan for installation. I trusted Jeff and the company and gave them access to my home while I was at work. When I returned home after the installation, there was no sign they had been there, as it was as clean as I had left it. Throughout the process, each of the servicemen kept me informed by phone and made sure I had no questions. I will recommend this company to my friends and family. We called MPHAC Monday, December 7 at 8:15 am. By 10:00am, Joe was at our home to repair our heater. After speaking on the phone Monday morning I gave the company a heads up that I was potentially interested in a whole new system, including air conditioning. The timing was impeccable, and Joe was very nice and helpful. The ONLY complaint I have is that when I called to inform them that I was interested in a whole system I informed them that I wanted to let them know so they can bring any paper work needed. At the end of my appointment with Joe, I decided on a new system that they told me could be installed the next day! Steven and Gary showed up Tuesday morning on time, they were even early. They were able to install our system in 6 hours, including clean up and everything. They did a beautiful job, were very nice, and efficient as well. We have been impressed by the company. After the install, we called the company to ask about starting the process of the KCPL rebate. We were informed that paperwork was supposed to be completed during our repair with Joe. Just FYI, your heater has to be working in order to have this paperwork completed. Anyway, this was not done for us, even though I did call and inform them that I was interested in the new unit and spoke with Joe about the rebate. He never mentioned any paperwork involved and did not have the info for the rebate. This is not to blame Joe in any way, but had the company supported the KCPL rebate, we could have upgraded our system knowing that we were getting that money back in a rebate. It may have been a communication error through the scheduling office and the repair service workers. This could also benefit the company and be a good selling point and tool for the company to use in order to have customers upgrade their systems to the next efficiency level. Our furnace died on Friday. Saturday morning we woke up to a very cold house. I called Eddie with Mission PHC. He came out within a couple of hours of the call. After about approximately an hour and telling Eddie what we needed and our price range. He said he would crunch the numbers and call me later. A couple of hours late he called back and given us 4 possibilities to choose from. And from those choices we made our selection. And we asked him when this could be done and he said we could do it Monday. Steve H. and Gary showed up on Monday morning at 8am and worked until close to 7pm until the job was done. Steven H. and Gary were very professional and did a great job. We were very impressed that they were able to install our furnace and A/C so quickly and were very friendly and courteous throughout the installation. Steven was patient in the process of explaining the new furnace and air filter, humidifier, thermostat details and answering our question. Kudo's to all three of them and the others that took part (don't know all their names, I just know that in the process of the day there were 5 different trucks here).
