Jeff Mills is very easy to work with -- he came in the first day and diagnosed some of the problems, and asked for Richard with his extensive expertise to work with him the next day. The installation team Chad and Bo they were on time very polite and informative as to what they were doing. It took a good part of the day which was fine because I knew they were dong an excellent job! In my older home and with a very small basement area where the furnace is located along with the low ceiling I know it was not the best of working conditions but they did great. We needed a new air conditioning unit and furnace to replace our 23 year old existing units. Chad and Steven were scheduled to come out in the morning to do the work. They were on time -- actually a little early! They did a fantastic job installing our new units. The units looked and great and worked even better! We recently bought a new Lennox air conditioner from Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling. We had a different company service our air conditioner 2 weeks before it had to be replaced and were not happy with the service tech that the company sent out. After calling many companies with many of them not even bothering to return a call, the owner of Mission came to our house himself and quoted us a price. The price was 15% less than the original bid we had received and he also guaranteed it to be installed the next day. I wish I would have called Mission heating and Cooling a lot sooner--they came out and installed a new unit the very next day and they fixed the mistakes the other company had made.
