After getting a great price on an AC unit (far better than another large local company)Bryan and Jeff delivered and installed the unit the same day--including custom sheet metal work. My garbage disposal stopped working. I called Mission in the morning, they had someone available that afternoon. They ended up being able to come several hours before that (since I was already home that was great to me!) We had a Lennox furnace and air conditioner installed along with a new hot water heat and humidifer on Friday, July 31, 2015 from Mission Plumbing and Heating. The install crew--Tom, Bryan S. and Ryan--arrived promptly, worked steadily, and completed the job in one day then cleaned up the mess when leaving. From start to finish (with Craig V. giving us information about the products), we felt that Mission Plumbing and Heating cared about their customer. The installation crew answered all of our questions patiently and without being condescending; additionally, they were polite and courteous throughout the daylong installation. They covered the floors/stairs to protect them and respected our property as well as our space. The a/c is doing great and we anticipate no problems with the furnace this fall. The whole process was very easy. After getting some other quotes and asking questions Mission came up with a plan and ideas for moving the placement of the a/c away from my dryer vent. AC went out at night. In the morning I called Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning and Jeff, a service tech, arrived promptly around 10:30 AM. He was polite, professional, and informative. We discussed repair options without any type of heavy sales pitch involved. In the end he recharged my freon level and provided budgetary pricing for full AC replacement. On one of the hottest evenings this summer, our air cinditioner stopped working...it was mid evening when we called Mission Heating and Cooling..our regular service provider.
They were able to send someone to our home late evening..Rob O..he came and diagnosed the problem quickly, courteously and in no time at all he replaced the part...he was very friendly and polite..we have never felt more thankful than that evening..a good nights sleep was had ! After much research, I selected Mission Plumbing Heating Cooling. My experience with the personnel has been generally good. My lone issue is still having a couple of rooms in my house that are uncomfortable - large temp difference, which is the very issue that prompted me to get a new system and what the sales person sold me on. I was upsold on a system to address this very issue - and it's not addressed. There's been little to no follow up after installation...I'm frustrated. Eddie was great in the estimate process by making me aware of my options for the new furnace and A/C. With his help and that of his service tec, I was able to upgrade my units through a rebate from KCP&L. The installers, Bryan S and Ryan S took great care in the removal and installation of our HVAC. I was told it would be a week before a new hvac system could be installed. mine was out and I could not wait so they suggested sending a service tech out to see if he could fix it . Eddie Cone a salesman came and presented the new system and then was able to find a burnt wire and fixed it .
My 21 year old system lasted to the following week when Chad and Ryan were able to install our new Trane units. Both these boys new what they doing and did an outstanding install. The whole process went very smooth and I would recommend this company.

My installers, Tom T. and Ryan S. showed up on time and started work immediately. They had to tear out a 30 year old HVAC system and install the new one. Both men displayed a great knowledge of skill, and had the new system up and running in no time. Both answered any question I had and cleaned up before they left.(It was cleaner than when they got there).
I also noticed their attention to detail and to make sure every aspect of the install was perfect. I would recommend Mission PHC to anyone that wants great customer service and quality workmanship. Brian and Chad installed a new Lennox AC unit and it included adding a return vent as well. We realized the night before I called that our air conditioning wasn't operating properly. At 7 a.m. the next morning, I called Mission Plumbing Heating Cooling. By 7:15 a.m., our call had been returned. I explained that my husband was having outpatient surgery today and asked if the they could possibly come after 3 p.m. They quickly agreed. I had our HVAC system installed by another company originally. I called them this morning at 8:00am because it had stopped working and the house was heating up very quickly. As I write this, it's 3:30pm and they still haven't called me back about sending someone out. I picked up the phone at almost 11:00am, called Mission and within 2 hours Rob came out, fixed my problem, charged me fairly and explained in detail both what he did and what it was for.
