I cannot say enough about mission plumbing heating and cooling. Jeff and Richard were here within 30 minutes after my frantic call. Immediately Found the problem, offered many suggestions, walked me through each of them and came to a conclusion. I felt like I had made a intelligent decision with a friend who had my back and genuinely cared about our welfare.

Our heater went kaput in the wee hours of the morning. This was when the outdoor temps were frigid, as in single digit temps. After a few phone calls around to other service providers, Mission were the ones who promised a Tech faster than any other. They sent Jeff within about an hour, maybe a little longer, but not much. Jeff was great--friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained in detail what our issue was, what the fix was, and how long till we were getting heat again. Scheduling was prompt, easy and friendly. I had to make a last minute change and they were happy to accommodate me. Richard called ahead, which I love, and showed up right when he said he would. Bryan W. was here to fix my old worn out furnace. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful. We discussed options and now I am planning a new furnace install! Turns out Bryan is a back yard neighbor!

The crew at Mission Heating & Cooling saved my Christmas! My furnace quit working during the night, so at 8:30 AM Dec. 24th, (Christmas Eve) I was on the phone requesting a service call. I was worried with the Holiday, I may have to wait until Friday, for a service tech. To my surprise, Bryan W was able to get to my house at 10:00 AM to inspect the furnace. The news was not good, as I needed a new furnace. I became nervous and worried my family's Christmas plans would be ruined. With the expense of Christmas and a couple of other unforeseen expenses, I did not have the cash available for the cost of the new furnace. Bryan suggested I contact Mary in the office to check into their 12 month interest free financing. Within 10 minutes, I secured financing and Bryan was working on installing my new furnace. With the help of Chad & Ryan, the furnace installation was done by 2:00 PM and none of my Holiday plans were interrupted. What a great example of team work, and super customer service! Richard was friendly,fast and on time. My initial phone call to Mission Plumbing was impressive. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful . She was able to tell me right up front how much it will cost to have a new water heater installed. I was able to get an appointment for the following morning after I called.
They delivered a new water heater right to the door and it was installed right away. The total visit was 2.5 hours!!
However, I do wish that I had done more comparative shopping to know for sure that I got a good deal. I realize that is my own fault, but the efficient service probably makes up for all the time and money I would have saved. If I had shopped around for the best company price and water heaters, it probably would have been a week or more by the time it was installed and that's a long time to go in December without hot water. The tech explained my options for the repair to a sink faucet, and also pointed out a potential danger with the water heater flue, educating me on both situations which helped me decide what I wanted him to do. Chris came to my home to install a water heater last Friday. He and his partner (sorry I didn't get his name) came in and did their job. They called us down to explain everything that was done and how to adjust the temp on the new water heater. They were very professional and friendly. We had a small issue with our sink after the water was turned back on and Chris handled the issue with out question. I will definitely use them again and I will refer them to family and friends!
