I Interviewed several companies in the area and decided to go with Mission PHC to install my new Furnace/AC units because of their good reviews and price. I would like to congratulate everybody for their professionalism and friendliness , Craig, Bryan, and Chad, were truly exceptional !!! This was the cleanest and most professional installation ever done at my house and I can tell you that over the years I had a ton of work done by other contractors, from roofers to painters. Bo , Josh , Tom did a excellent job, I am very happy with the gob done. Bo worked to no end to professionally install my unit with the help of Josh .. Tom came later to assist with the taping of my system for leaks in the venting system etc. I will refer many to Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling they are the best group /company I have ever seen = they are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our A/C was leaking due to a clogged drain pipe. Our specialist Jeff M. gave a notice call, arrived within his time frame, and diagnosed and corrected the situation. I also was given recommendations about what other maintenance on our HVAC system. We also ended up having an expired expansion tank on our water heater that he was able to replace. Once again, excellence from the Mission PHC company - this time the work was performed by Jim O. I called Mission when I saw that I had a backed up overflow on my HVAC unit on the 3rd floor. Jim came right out to the house within a couple of hours, and cleared the clog. However, he rightly saw that there was not a water sensor in the pan, nor a proper pan installed under the whole unit. Working in a very tight space, he took measurements and proposed a condensate pump as well as water sensors, reply Bing the overflow, adding a couple of water directors under the humidifier and the filter so that there would not be a problem in the future. He worked diligently to create the right solution (as well as creative) for the space. Recently moved to Kansas. Water heater started leaking. I thought of having to go through the usual hassle of finding a good plumbing company in the area. Then I remembered talking with a very knowledgeable guy at Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling booth at the recent Kansas Home Show at Bartle Hall. Called them, talked with a very nice lady, Laura, who answered all my questions then gave me an estimate. I was so glad that I didn't have to hear "we need to see it first" routine. Made appointment, Chris C. and Casey M. came right out, on time too. Chris explained the work they would be doing. Excellent, great start. They asked if I had any questions. I mentioned the existing water heater didn't have a shut-off valve in case the leak had got worse. They installed a new one. Also, we seemed to have a lot of pressure in the faucets and shower (We had had a high pressure problem in our previous house). Chris checked the water pressure and showed me the gauge. It was 87lbs per square inch, which would be even higher at night. They installed a new main pressure regulator. Now I feel much happier. Feels great when everything goes smoothly. The water doesn't blast out the shower anymore. Chris and Casey are the best plumbers I have ever had over the years and would definitely call them again for any other work. The cost of the entire job was very reasonable and was expecting something higher. Our water heater is in a closet in a finished basement and they left the entire place so clean, we couldn't tell any work was done except a nice new water heater! I met Eddie at the home show. I set up an appointment for a bid on a complete HVAC system. He was very personable, thorough and explained my options extremely well. Chris Tinberg was fantastic! In less than an hour from my call concerning a leaking water heater, He was here and stopped the leak. Clearly we needed a new heater and he walked us through the many options available to us. With the choice made, he replaced the water heater with a new one explaining all the new valve work he'd done, how to control temp, how to light the pilot and warranty information. Steven H. looked sooo young that I wondered what in the world was this "baby" gonna do to my heating and cooling system? lol ... he arrived just as he called and said that he, which was great. right away when he greeted me I could tell he was full of Mission's "goodness" that all the employees there possess. his conduct was professional, and for everything he did you could tell Steven had complete belief in the high standards he valued there with Mission. yes, he looked like someone's teenage lad with a kind smile, however his level of service reflect clearly that he was certainly qualified, and undoubtedly an efficient worker of Missions. all my experiences with Missions is this way, which makes me think that the owner has somehow collected all his employees from some covert planet of THE CREDIBLES! lol ... the entire Missions employees from the "phones-2-the homes" all wear their red&black super outfits right? rofl ... they are fast, strong, offer a super preventive protection bubble, and can streeeeetch to reach customers where they are. yep, they make every mission POSSIBLE. thanks Laura for being such a mountain of sugar on the phone! gold stars all around! In less than 24 hours after we had signed the papers, Mission Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioning unit (10 tons)
and upgraded our furnace! And were clear about what they were doing.
They wore coverings on their shoes to keep any dirt from getting on the rugs, asked if they could use a bathroom, and were very cordial. We appreciate their efficiency and professional manner

Having moved from Dallas recently, I had no idea whom to contact for HVAC here. However, I did a lot of research before I decided that I would call Mission PHC first. From the moment Mary answered the phone, and Eddie C came out to assess what needed to be done about the HVAC systems, through to the one day install for 3 new systems, the ENTIRE team was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have working at my home. My service installation technicians: Gary, Bryan, Bo and Steven were fantastic. So careful about putting on shoe covers EVERY time they came in, to the tarps they laid to completely protect the floors where they were working and bringing in equipment, i was impressed with their attention to making sure they protected my home. I could not be more pleased with Mission PHC for their work ethic, and the job they completed. Showed up on time, and ready to work. I made a call on 3/10/16 at night. I had noticed that my water heater pipe was wet and dripping. I got on the phone and call for support from mission. I had noticed the drip in the evening and like the fact that when I see a concern/problem I "can" call them and someone will ALWAYS be there. I called at about 8:45pm and a "top-of-the-morning" voice meet me like it was 8:00 am when I knew I had phone at pm. LOL anyways, Jessica was very polite and seemingly prepared that moment just for me. in fact while I was trying to discribe my situation with my water heater using sentences like "My thingy on my pipe," Jessica saying kindly and attentively "un-huh" I go on saying, "Well the elbow thing that's like a joint or something," and all the while Jessica made me feel like I had the pros language down pat. while I struggle to explain my situation never once did she make me feel like I needed to go, and pick up a book first, and then call her back when I knew what the real names of a thingy with the elbow was REALLY called. anyways she took my information told me she'd have them call me in the moring if that's what I wanted. I explained that would do since water wasn't gushing and what-not.
I got a call first thing in the morning and another angel name Laura was on the line. I find that no matter how early or late that you phone in, they never sound like you're calling in too late or too early. she greeted me, and assured me as well that someone would be out. Now I had spoke with her about 7:20am and then that's when Chris called to let me know he was about 35min away from arriving. Christ was also very-very likeable because I had accidently hung up on him trying to switch phones and when he called right back it was he who first apologized for our being disconneted when it was clearly me. I quickly told him that it was me, but I can tell he knew that it was me, but he had pardon me so quickly that nobody held record of the hang up in that moment but me. talk about making what I feared would be an ackward moment behind my accidental hang up, Chris flicked it like lint on his sleeve and wanted me to know he'd be there. Chris arrive just in the amount of time he'd said, greeted me, I showed him my concern, he looked it over, explained thoroughly what was happening, advised me and opendly educated me about my care of the water heater. I would discribe Chris as knowledgable, obviously very experienced in his line of work, I found his people skills to be very sound, and his service given never made me feel like he had 200 OTHER people to go see "yesterday." I value Missions because they hold true to their name and they make it their business to "earn" your trust, and not just think you should trust them just because their a company. Oh yeah, if your a virgin homeowner and everybody in the zip code KNOWS IT, and your doorbell is always ringing, because people want your business, and you don't know WHO to trust, Mission is your peace of mind! Everyone I worked with at Mission Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning was great. First Eddie came out to look over my old system and give me a bid. They offered a great system at a great price. I was also having my roof replaced and because of the weather wasn't sure if the roofers would be done in time. They were great about being flexible on the installation date. When it came time to install, Bo and Gary did an awesome job. Everything was installed as promised in the time frame that was promised. They put down tarps and cleaned up everything beautifully. Eddie did an excellent job of discussing the pros and cons of various furnace designs and their applicability to our home. He was very personable and enjoyable as we walked through the process of which furnace to choose. Bo and Gary were great furnace installers. They took the time to wear booties and to place tarps where they and their equipment were to travel. Bo did a great job explaining to us the operational details of the furnace and the new iComfort controller. All of the team were efficient, yet took all the time we needed to ask questions. I used Mission Plumbing , heating and cooling to purchase my lennox furnace. the salesman Craig did not pressure me I was very happy with the way he treated me , He did not sell me more than I needed. I canNOT say enough good things about Mission PHC. The first time I worked with them was during the summer of 2015 when the fan motor went out on my A/C. On a hot day when a lot of service calls were already booked, they managed to send someone out to my house who correctly identified the fan motor was broken based on my description. He replaced it and had the air going again within 10 minutes of arriving. It took him longer to write the ticket for the repair than to complete the repair itself. I had a second occasion to work with Mission PHC today because my water heater went out. Jeff went over all of my options--repair versus replacement--without pressuring me one way or another. He thoroughly and clearly answered all of my questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about his product and local residential code. Just to cover my bases, I called the City of Merriam to verify the local code, and the city person I spoke to said, "You are dealing with an honest company for them to have known and told you about the code." When I opted go with a replacement, he started all the prep work while waiting for the new heater to be delivered to my house, and a couple hours later, he was completely finished and I was on my way to a hot shower.
