Today Bryan S & Bryan W installed a new AC unit & furnace in our home. they were excellent - both were very helpful, pleasant & respectful of our property. We didn't plan on replacing the furnace today, but after they showed us the issues, we really had no choice. I didn't hesitate to take their recommendation because they appear to be two hard working guys with integrity. Our experience with Mission has been awesome from the start. We called several companies and this was the only one that could come out the same day. The tech, Rob Olson did a great job! Found the problem immediately and had the part in his truck. At 3:52 a.m., I was awakened by my sump pump running continuously. With flashlight in hand I approached the pit…it was empty but the poor 2 year-old sump pump was continuing to run, and the cord was warm. I unplugged it and let it cool down. After about an hour of doing this and then monitoring it, it was performing OK. But I knew it was time for a new pump.
I called my neighbors who recommended Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, and I knew they were nearby. So I gave them a call and was delighted they could have someone here this morning.
Chris was on time with a call beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He explained my options and let me choose. Then he expertly installed the new pump with battery back-up for my finished basement situation. Really pleased with the work he did and how he explained everything.

first time I've used mission plumbing. had a leaky release valve on my water heater. He offered a $300 replace of the part or a $5 brass fitting fix. since the water heater is almost 11 years old and I will probably have to replace it soon, I choose the 5 dollar option. Mission PH&C came out to check my A/C that was not cooling. After finding my 10 year old Trane A/C unit was empty on Freon, I made the decision to replace it with a new Trane A/C unit and A coil. My techs were Chad and Zach. They called me before arriving at my house. The old A/C unit was removed and the new A/C unit was installed promptly with no problems. I was very pleased with the service I received during the new HVAC install. The guys were very polite and courteous, which was great considering I had a newborn in the house. Gary and Steven Hays did a splendid job during the installation. Steven did much of the inside work and was meticulous, deliberate and accurate. It is refreshing to see a person who is a CRAFTSMAN in his trade. Gary provided the same quality doing the outside work.
They were punctual, even early, neat and cleaned up perfectly. At this point, I could not be more delighted. Additionally, Laura was friendly and helpful.

Rob O. did a great job. He was personable, quick and efficient. He answered all my questions and reassured me about my air conditioner. I love the fact the AC/furnace tune-up is a package deal and I don't have to worry about it when it comes time to have the furnace checked. Mission will remind me to schedule the furnace tune-up in the fall and it's already paid for! One of the Mission plumbers installed a PRV for me last week and he was equally efficient, friendly and helpful. It is wonderful to deal with a trustworthy company that doesn't try and sell you things you don't need and treats the consumer with respect. I was scheduled for an 8:00 a.m. install on a new 50 gallon hot water tank, I received a courtesy phone call 30 minutes prior to the appointment and Service Pro, Zach, arrived on time and started work immediately. The job was completed in a timely manner and Zach answered my twenty questions in a professional manner and explained in detail the operation of the unit and the warranty/service of the unit. The old tank was removed and area cleaned up. I just happened to find this company on line when my 12 year old tank Bradford White water heater started leaking on the floor. The on line web site was easy to use and the email response was professional from Matt. We ended up buying an A/C and Furnace. My first contact in this issue was Eddie, came to the house we talked about our needs and what MPH&C could do for us. Eddie answered all my questions and provided multiple proposals, no pressures. My wife and I discussed our options from MPH&C and others. We decided to go with MPH&C and Eddie's proposal as well as past experiences we had with MPH&C, they had previously installed a hot water tank for us, good job Chris. The day of the scheduled install I received my advance call telling me they were on their way. Right on time they started to arrive, four trucks. What team work. New equipment unloaded, old equipment was disconnected loaded up and removed. New was installed, Bryan took care of the A/C and Chad took care of the furnace. That team worked together great assisting each other where necessary. They were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they went and when they were done. They answered all my questions and went through the operation of the new equipment after installation and testing. I would be remiss if I didn't mention the CSR I talked when I called the office initially, they too were polite and customer focused. Over all we could not have been more satisfied. I had our A/C and furnace replaced, along with a new water heater added on the same day. The scheduled start time was 8AM and Gary was here by 7:30 ready to get the project started. The entire team was friendly, hard-working and very receptive to all my questions. Their cost bid was very fair, not the least expensive but certainly not the highest. I can't say enough positives about Mission Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and Bryan. For all of my service, I ask for Bryan specifically. He is exceptionally attentive and thorough. I have a service agreement with them which is a great value and has saved me money. Besides being a really great guy and beloved by my 2 Bassets, Bryan is exceptional about communicating issues and potential issues, and being conservative about repairs when he can. Chris T. and Zach R. are THE BEST. They saved me SO much grief I cannot tell you. Discovering what I thought was a possible problem, they were able to determine quickly where the leak was. They did such an unbelievable job correcting everything and actually were so thorough that they discovered a 2nd LEAK!!!
They had to work in the worst, tiniest part of one of my goofiest walls of my home and did such a great, professional job. I will be able to easily patch it.
