I recently had a new HVAC system installed by Mission Plumbing and Cooling. The experience was better than expected, Chad coordinated the entire day, installing the new units without any problems and on time. Chad was very thorough in explaining the system and answering any questions I had. He did an outstanding job with this installation. I wish all service calls would go as smooth as this one. We have an older unit that was still working but it wasn't very energy efficient. We decided to call mission to get a new AC and furnace installed. I noticed condensation forming all over my vents in my basement while the installers were there and they both assured me that water dripping from the vents was normal????? It worked great for about an hour until I returned home from work to find that it wasn't working. I called and the front desk and the lady was really nice and sent someone out to fix it. When the guy arrived he saw the condensation dripping from my vents downstairs. "Which I saw too after the guys installed and and they both told me it was normal" which it is not. the repair guy messed with it and said a wire came loose and the whole unit froze up. He said to run the fan for 3 hours to de thaw it and everything "should" be fine. This was concerning to me being how I noticed the condensation before the installers left. I'm not confident that this issue is fixed and I made a good decision. I sure hope a frozen furnace doesn't affect the life of my unit. I'm sure mission is a great company and I know things happen but now I'm sitting in a 85 degree house and it's only going to get worse until this 7000 dollar unit dethaws. Bryan S. 07/07/16 |

The guys were great. Unit worked good for the hour it was turned on. I went back to work and came back an hour later to find my house at 85 degrees. The unit won't turn on. I had to call to get a guy out to fix it. Once it is up and running I will do another review. But as of now I'm not too happy after the money I spent. Bryan S. 07/07/16 |

Eddie C. quickly responded to my many emails, phone calls, and concerns, including on weekends. He explained all the options clearly, more like an advisor than a salesman. Their prices were competitive. Mike, Steven H., and Josh showed up on time and worked all day to install the system. When I pointed out that an a/c panel was dented, Steven H. called his office and a new panel was ordered. They put down floor coverings to protect the carpet. They used shoe covers too. At the end they cleaned up and hauled away everything, not putting anything into my trash bin. They answered all my questions and explained how to use the system. Our A/C failed right in the middle of a heat wave. We got three competitive bids and Mission PHC's price was very competitive. They just installed our new furnace & A/C and exceeded our expectations in every way. The salesman, Steve, and the installers, Bryan, Steven & Cody are all superior. I contacted Mission H/C for an estimate on a new HVAC system. They were quick in their response and gave me a competitive quote. They responded the same week to install the system. I could not be happier with the level of quality in their installation! They removed the old concrete pad for the AC and cleaned the basement when they were done. Our A/C went out during a terrible heat wave in the summer! I was at home with 2 little ones and noticed the temperature in the house was rising. I called and they were able to send someone out quickly.
Jeff did a quick, but thorough exam on our AC unit and diagnosed the problem. He had the parts needed and had everything done in less than an hour!

As with the installation, the maintenance service was done when they said it would be and appears to have been done well. From the very start nothing but great service from this company! My air went out and it was 90 degrees outside and I was calling eeryone to get them to come look at it. MPHC were the only ones who could come out to look at and they did it within 24 hours! the ladies on the phone were very nice and understanding. Brian W then came out and we found out that we needed a new air cont. Bryan was very nice and clear on our option and the team worked hard to get a date as soon as possible to get the new air cont installed and they provide financing. We have a service plan with Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling and they come out twice a year to service our units. We have always been impressed with the amount of knowledge their service techs have and also do a great job explaining any issues and the cost!! We had Mike J come out when we had an emergency with our AC unit. It was a 90 degree day and it wasn't working and Mike quickly figured out that it was a relay switch and had the cooler air blowing within 30 minutes!!!! I will be asking for Mike J in the future!!!! My experience with Mission Plumbing Heating & Coolong, was fantastic. My first meeting was with Brain and he put us at ease right away. Helping us pick out our new air conditioner and furnace was easier then we thought. Brian's knowledge and expertise really helped.

We have used Mission Heating/Cooling twice (once for a gas line installation and once for heat pump installation) and have been extremely pleased with the service we received each time. Eddy was very prompt with providing a cost estimate and although their prices are a bit high we believe you do receive excellent work done with quality products. On 5/24/16, Craig (Sales) came to my home, and collected the information he needed to create a quote for replacement of my furnace, A/C and water heater. The quote was most competitive compared to information I had collected from other providers in the area. On 5/26/16, Tom and Brian arrived at the designated time to perform the installation. I can't say enough about the professionalism, skills and personality of these two. Casey and Bob also provided support on the job and they too are to be commended. Despite the rain that fell most of the day and the normal disturbance associated with the removal of the old equipment, my house was not negatively affected in any way. Everyone conducted themselves with the highest level of concern and actions for ensuring they always wore shoe covers and placed tarps on floors and stairs where they were required to walk. Craig stopped by during the installation to check in and make sure all was well.
