Today Brian A. came out to give my furnace and air conditioner a check-up. He found many issues with our system and explained everything. Brian cleaned the filter, drain hose, filtered screen behind our unit and much more. He even gave suggestions as to how we can update the system with an electronic filter. I was really impressed by how friendly and professional he was. A big thank you to Brian A. for his great work and really nice job.

I have had a wonderful experience with Brian A over the past few months. My air conditioner has been dying part by part and he was very prompt at replacing the motor, the same day that it needed to be fixed.
A couple months later it died again, but this time my AC was at a point where it needed to be replaced completely. He came out and gave me a wonderful deal on a replacement and it was repaired the same day.
His patience has been nothing short of saintly. Especially since I do not know a thing about appliances. I would recommend this company to anyone that is having issues with home appliances. We made an appointment for today to get the repairs done and Stuart again arrived on time, was very courteous and finished the job in no time to our satisfaction. We did not get a confirmation for what time they would come in to install our new furnace, so we were a bit unprepared, but aside from that little hiccup everything else about the installation process went without a hitch. Todd was super professional, friendly, and caring. He was clean and neat.
Originally he came just to do a yearly cleaning/inspection but he suggested a very important addition to the work. I am very grateful , he did that additional job and now I am excited because it will improve the overall heating of the house. Thank you Todd !!

Jeff did an excellent job of installing my new furnace and air-conditioner. As I am a Food Engineer and have taught a course on freezing and dehydration where I taught the thermodynamic of a refrigeration cycle it was a good way to review for me the various in this cycle. It's always a little nerve-racking when you call a service technician about furnace- as any identified repairs can be costly. So, it's truly a breath of fresh air when you get an honest contractor who performs a thorough diagnostic and says the furnace is working fine. Drew P. was that contractor for our family! When our AC went out on Thursday evening, I was impressed that at 9:30pm MSPPHA picked up the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment for the following day. I received a call to confirm my appointment the next morning, and another call to give me a 30 minute heads up. Brain was knowledgeable, polite, and a willing to show me what was wrong and communicated what he was doing. My only criticism is that there was a sales aspect of the house call. After a range of solutions was presented (good), an on the spot decision was sought out that was more aggressive than necessary.
