Jeremy P. our plumber was polite, knowledgeable, and willing to offer any and all advice that was requested of him. He completed the work quickly and professionally. Only negative from the visit was dispatch telling us the plumber would arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am. Plumber did not actually arrive until 9:30am. I would highly recommend this company!! After asking many friends and contractors if they knew a good plumber I came up with nothing, no one, zero! Then I remembered Mpls St Paul and the many times they serviced our home when we lived in Mpls.
They were prompt at making an appointment. The Service Tech/ Plumber Mike M. was polite, cheerful, intelligent and made every effort to give us options for our job. He did a brilliant job. Flash floods warning's were being announced on local St. Paul / Minneapolis news station while I worked from my basement office. Soon, a flood of water started rolling-in under my feet. I called my trusted plumbing agency, Minneapolis / Saint Paul Plumbing & Heating, and they sent me a winner - Nick G! Nick was Great!
Nick arrived in record time, quickly analyzed the sump-pump failure, and - with incredible speed - he fixed the problem. Nick kept a positive tone while working and was began and ended his visit as a real professional.

Being a contracted priority customer did not seem to help with AC problems in the summer. It took two weeks to fix the AC, although there were problems detected, I feel they should have finished my project before moving on to others and delaying correcting the problem. 06/13/14 |
