He examined all the plumbing, presented me with a detailed summary, and corrected all of the items that I authorized. Was it a reasonable price????? They do terrific work, when you need it done. No hassle and the service guys are always friendly and informative. Just had Bruce A. here to do my water heater and he was terrific. Shawn was one of the most honest persons I have had the pleasure of dealing with in the business arena. He was so through. He did not try any high pressure tactics or give the "you'd better fix immediately or..." speech. Shawn just put the info in front of us with options and allowed us to make our own decision. THANK YOU!! That is so refreshing. When we do need the new water heater, we will definitely call Mpls/St. Paul Plumbing to do the job and request Shawn's help in the replacing. ****** ******** came out today (Christmas Eve) and provided excellent service! He provided all of the viable options - for 4 different plumbing problems we had. He was honest and didn't try to push us to any one option. Of the six options he presented, we went with the second "top" choice. He was able to complete two of the four projects today, and will complete the other two after Christmas. I was very impressed with him; he was professional, courteous, and left the bathroom cleaner than when he first started the job. The staff was great also; when my husband talked to them, they responded quickly and told him exactly what would happen - in terms of timing and the options that ****** would present. We can't say enough of the young man who came to our home or Minneapolis Saint Paul Plumbing and Heating! We will definitely use them again, and I hope we get ******! Thank you for such fine work. I believe he was honest and respected my home - including noticing a loose vent in my stairway I have been meaning to get fixed for a long time, which he took the extra minute to fix for me! I can't say enough about Jeremy or the service he provided. He was great, offering 6 different options for our plumbing problems. He never pushed the most expensive option on us, and we selected what worked best for us. He was professional, curteous, and did an exceptional job. He and the entire company are to
be commended for quality service - from the first phone call that was made to them. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Jeremy was outstanding! He was very thorough and very pleasant. The work that was done was top knotch. He gave me several options to choose from and there was no pressure. He gave me helpful hints - like you should't put your cat litter next to the furnace :) I have also have to mention that Zara who answered the phone was wonderful. Mike finished up an installation that was delayed for a tiling job. When I found that the bath water through the new pressure-balanced control was running on the cool side (110 deg), he came back and spent a lot of time at no charge determined to fix it.
