Joshua came out to the house promptly at the given time 8 am. It was our first snow day too ! He got started right away, Justen and some others followed throughout the day. All were hard workers and courteous. It was a long day . Joshua ended his day about 5pm. He took me through all the steps necessary to understand our new units, at least until we read the manuals and found more questions. Very happy with the overall service including Don, our salesman. While there were numerous scheduling and part distribution issues from the shop, the service from Mike Morris himself was professional and courteous. He understood our frustrations and went above and beyond to satisfy our concerns. He even installed parts that we accidentally shipped to us, simply because they also improved the quality of our hot water boiler.
We are satisfied with the experience primarily because of Mike's service. We encourage the business itself to improve its data-entry and shipping processes, so that we won't need to have three separate appointments to perform services in the future. Mike Morris. 11/11/14 |

Jeff and Derek came to install a new humidifier on my furnace. I live in a townhouse and everything mechanical is shoved into a closet and it is almost impossible to move. They worked under some difficult odds to remove the old one and install the new one. They let me know what they were doing and removed the old hose that was connected to the old humidifier which was clogged with a plastic pipe which is much better for drainage and they set up the Infiniti thermostat to work with it. 11/10/14 |

Mpls St Paul kept in touch so I would know when to expect Lance. Lance was very friendly, efficient & competent. It only took him 1 1/2 hour to install my new Delta single handle kitchen faucet.

Brian really knows my system and has been very helpful in letting me know what he is doing while checking out my furnace. My questions are always answered and I had trouble in the past with some understanding the this particular Carrier model. I realize that you all deal with a lot of furnaces but it really puts you at ease when your repairmen is comfortable with your particular model. 11/07/14 |

Brian recently sealed all my ducts and today he did my furnace inspection. I was unaware that the humidifier was not connected to the thermostat and it was going on at odd times. Turns out it is very old and works on a manually controlled switch. I was wondering why I was getting mold on my windows when they were all steamed up in the winter. I tried lowering the switch but you have to adjust it everyday whereas the new ones take care of this automatically. I am glad I am getting this fixed. Brian A. 11/07/14 |

The team from Mpls St Paul Plumbing Heating and Air did a great job with our furnace and duct work installation. They worked extra hours and didn't leave until the job was complete. Never focused on up-selling, only focused on my needs and concerns. They listened, offered suggestions, and guided me through financing and how the installation would work. If I could give zero stars..I would. I called Minneapolis/St. Paul Plumbing and Heating over 2 weeks ago to schedule a check up for my furnace. Mostly because the furnace is making an odd squeal when it begins to heat. I took a day off from work, and scheduled the appointment for 8:00am. The night prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a call at 10:00pm (yes--10:00pm), and was told that they need to reschedule my appointment because they had received too many emergency calls. Translation--my appointment was not going to be as lucrative for the company, thus, I had to wait another 2-3 weeks to have someone come out. Forecast high today is 70 degrees--the "emergency" must be in the eye of the one getting paid. I am extremely disappointed in this company's level of service. I will certainly tell everyone I know about the level of dis-service that I received from Minneapolis/St. Paul Plumbing and Heating. Todd M. 10/16/14 |

" The Work Praises the Man " ..... This is today's toast on my daily Irish desk calendar. It is definitely a toast to Brian Anderson ! I thought this would just be a new furnace estimate due to a 1988 broken furnace. Instead we will have a new furnace in four days ! Brian first checked our furnace for possible repair. Then he presented us with options. Our questions were answered and we learned a lot about furnaces. He spent more time here than he expected to spend and he navigated through lots of 'old house' stuff and Kookaburra the dog ! Friendliness and customer service are the key to business.
